Today was my 4th visit to this location and each time I think what a great job the staff does even though they are overwhelmed with customers. Today at noon I picked up my prescription and the other items to check out at front cashier..both ladies were very kind and helpful with extremely long lines waiting..thanks to the staff that shows up and does great job

I received excellent service and was in a bind because I had been 3 stores that were all out of heartburn medicine that is essential to me. The store clerk helped me locate stocked medicine promptly without even having to ask for help. The staff here works hard to give excellent customer service to it's patrons and stocks shelves thoroughly. Don't waste your time at Kroger's understocked pharmacy. Go to CVS where customers matter!! Thanks!!!

Very friendly employees and efficient, quick checkout that applies my digital coupons automatically. Great for quick shopping trips.

I went in to make a purchase not knowing if my CVS card discount would be applicable. The card ended up covering almost 100% of my purchase. The manager was very customer service oriented and personally showed me all my options available. I would highly recommend this store!

Augustine, the pharmacist is an angel sent from God. After getting no answer all day at the pharmacy, I had to go after work. Keep in mind
I couldn't get anywhere all day via phone or automated response!! My prescription was late! I went to drive thru as the in person pharmacy had the gates closed,, no note. Just others saying to get in line at drive thru. The line was knee deep 7 plus cars at 5:30. Didn't get to window until 6:15 This CVS at 3905 Taylorsville road is experiencing staff turnover and shortages..Augustine promised that they did have my RX in stock, but he needed more time. He told me to come back after 8pm. As promised he had my RX ready, after getting in line again, I didn't reach the window until 8:45. The only 1 thing he asked of me was if I could wait until he had a short bathroom break.. poor guy...How dare managent do this to this hard working, intelligent, patient man. God bless you Augustine!

Apparently the lady pharmacist was left alone all day, and couldn't handle the requests, thats why they shut down the gates,. I saw her running out at 5ish!!! But left poor Augustine to handle the many requests all night from 5-9!

A great place to have your Prescriptions filled regularly. The staff cares about each customer, much better than the Kroger Pharmacy or Walgreens Pharmacy located in the Hikes Point neighborhood area. The store is well stocked and very Clean. The Pharmacy & store Managers actually care about each customer, and HEATHER in the Pharmacy actually goes above & beyond normal expectations 100% of the time, unlike the above named businesses. Being Senior Citizens, my wife & I will remain LOYAL customers at the Hikes Point CVS Pharmacy. It is most definitely a SAFE, Clean & Caring neighborhood store. From time to time they also have "REAL" Sales (bargains) on products that everyday common folks need and use regularly, unlike other national chain stores located in the Hikes Point area. If you are taking the time to read this entire CVS review of this CVS location, you will enjoy doing regular business here.

Absolutely LOVE this Pharmacy. The staff goes above and beyond to help me and my family with our medications. Always answer any questions and they are very knowledgeable about medicines and interactions. Very prompt service. Very rarely have to wait a long time. I am so glad we came here for our medications.

This pharmacy without fail is the ONLY one in Louisville to always get me antibiotics for myself and my kids same day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about medications.
