Shantae in the pharmacy is excellent. She was there by herself helping the drive thru customers and In-person customers and handled everything very well. It was busy on both sides. She communicated with everyone, informed folks where they were in line and worked efficiently. I was impressed and would love to have someone like her on my team.

These guys are great! After many months of terrible service at Kroger's Pharmacy in McMahan Plaza, I decided to see how hard it would be to switch to Walgreens on Taylorsville, Rd in Louisville, KY. I called them and they made it so easy. They even processed a refill for us that same day. They are so pleasant and helpful and I am so glad we made the switch!

Even though I didn't get the answer I hoped for, the stoe staff was nice, extremely helpful even on New Years Day! Bravo.
I wish more retail could learn and use this as a learning experience, not some negative comment!

I sometimes use Walgreens to pickup western union. One of the things I like about Walgreens is the great selection of candy they have. You can also find brands of snacks at Walgreens that I haven't seen anywhere else.

I wouldn't go anywhere else always super friendly knowledgeable an always deliver what they promise THANK YOU WALGREENS ♥

Average Walgreens not the best stocked no NOS I'm this one, limited freezer/cooler section compared to other Walgreens. Friendly staff

All walgreens are about the same they are pretty good to shop at most employees are nice. I always shop at wakgreens

Walgreens 4025 Taylorsville Rd. I had to change pharmacies due to the poor overall service at this pharmacy. I had been using Walgreens for all my medicine needs for over 20 years until the mistakes made by several of the pharmacy technicians made me no longer trust this pharmacy for my medicine needs. I normally don't leave reviews but in this case I felt it deserving. This pharmacy has major problems in handling medication . In passing I also noticed the store is rarely stocked in a adequate manner .

The young girl at the register was rude af and was rushing me.. teach your team to have Patience and Respect when it comes to giving proper customer service, please & thank you.
