Target

This target store is a large store with about 7-8 self checkout stand and enough cashier to assist the customers.

The traffic is always very fast on weekends as I didn't spend more than 3 minutes online to get to the cashier's post. I decided not to use the self checkout point so I could get to review the staff attitude and relations. Lucky me, the cashier was a very friendly, smart, and happy person. I tried to be slow and asked too many questions to see how she would react, but her reactions were golden.

The babies items corner is really fun to shop around. Every corner is of value for consumers who want to spend on average and get value for money.

Made a super-easy online return. Line was long in an economy where every company is already short-staffed. Add December on top of that. If you're in a hurry, go at opening or at a less busy time of year/day to return your items. Generous return policy.

One of my favorite targets. Huge, always stocked and clean. Was there today and Randy, one of the managers , was extremely kind and helpful and went out of his way to assist me with the Christmas tree I was looking for. Thank you again!

Everyone is very kind and polite. They seem to love what they do and it makes me want to go to Target every day.

I love my local target. Everyone is so nice. It’s super easy to order things in advance. But Is it bad that I wish they had a Pizza Hut/slushie machine instead of Starbucks 😅

I was picking up an online order for my sons birthday. The box they brought out looked like it was opened and taped back together. The guy said he would go see if they have another. He was gone a super long time and so I figured he didn’t find it. He came back with one in perfect shape, he said it was way up and out of the way, which is why he took so long. I’m very grateful for his effort!

Target is just a perfect place. Especially the full sized well stocked locations like this one. Redcard holders get great perks.

The Starbucks was so good, fresh coffee!! While looking for a product I couldn’t find James, the associate, helped me and he found exactly what I needed in an unpacked cardboard box! He didn’t stop til I found the product— so helpful!!

I go to this Target for the best prices on quality items. If for some reason I have a return, it’s always processed kindly and quickly.

Easy online shopping, curbside pickup, and absolutely wonderful associates who bring it to the car. The young man who brought my item out even checked my back seat for my child before showing me the item as it wasn't bagged, so he wouldn't accidentally spoil a surprise. So thoughtful!

This place is RAD! Even though the Mr with the sunglasses 🕶 and mask 😷 yelled at me for lending him a hand on the carts, LOL. I guess he wants to earn his fair share!!!😁😁🤣!!

I had a wonderful experience with the manager Jake he was over the top with amazing customer service and expertise at his job clearly. He resolved my issue in a calm easy manner and it was the easiest return and I left with a smile. It’s really hard to come by especially during a pandemic to see such a cheerful face when you’re returning some thing. He was absolutely an outstanding manager and any company would be lucky to have him !! I will definitely be shopping at the Danvers target from now on based on his customer service thank you so much

Awesome product availability, clean store. Only issue is the rotation of stock in the grocery department. When buying eggs, there were a bunch on the shelf dated March 26th. Probably means there are other products like that too :/

They had a very good set up in Danvers, they had a separate entrance set up for pickup and the doors were open there was no backup just gave them my name and they got the order quickly. It was very organized and I was impressed with the entire Target process for safe distancing and quick response on emails and pickup.
