The Home Depot

I ordered large pieces of wood online for in store pickup in order to make hanging shelves. There was a very kind and helpful veteran who spent time to help me find the best quality pieces of wood as we were down to the last 5 in the store. After helping me find the best pieces, he also kindly helped me by cutting them exactly to size. They were thicker cuts of wood so I was concerned about cutting them at home and was very relieved when he was able to help with that too. He was very friendly and thoughtful the entire time he spent helping me. I was grateful for the experience as a new homeowner!!

The sales associates where very helpful when I was looking for a few things that I needed for a project at home

Home depot has been my spot but Normally I would either have home depot helpers turn around and walk away from me or have no idea what they're talking about for the 1st time in a long time I got more customer service help than I've ever gotten before and it was phenomenal.

Oliver (Danvers MA store) went above and beyond for me! He was sooooo helpful, and gave me exceptional customer service that you don't see often! Keep this kid around, and give him a raise!! Great experience!

Staff was very respectful, purchases 20 12x12 blocks. Easy to find a cart, line was .5 seconds long. This Home Depot is more organically flowing than other locations.

As a general contractor I typically live at Home Depot. The products are fairly priced and there is a huge selection.

This store is overwhelming to me because of it's size but every aisle and bay is clearly displayed, so finding what you need is pretty simple. I went online first to find the items I wanted and it says right there which aisle and bay you will find what you are looking for as well as how many are in stock at the time. Overall a great experience.

The store is very clean and organized. Aisles are set apart so that you don't bump into other shoppers. Employees are very helpful and glad to help unlike some other stores.
I thought I'd have to buy a stain and a poly until the employee showed me they have ones that contain both. That's awesome!

This home depot in particular is outstanding. I had 3 employees ask me if I needed help finding anything. Most home depot's are ghost towns where employees run from you. Not this place. They understand customer service here.

Although it was extremely busy we were helped by an amazing older employee named Bill. I don't know his name but he was able to walk me and my sons directly to what we were searching for. He was kind and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and left happy. 5 star service, thank you Bill for your help.

The item I wanted was in stock and I located easily by finding it through their website. Store was clean, employees available for questions.

Bob in garden was EXCEPTIONAL with his service and willingness to help!!! Literally the best customer service ever! He was so nice! He saw the concerned look on my husband and I’s face when we couldn’t find anymore marble white chips and asked if he could help and we asked if there was anymore. He said oh yes! We have a ton! Told us to bring our truck around back and even helped us load it on!!! While we were checking out he was helping out an elderly woman In the meantime and honestly I don’t even know what she said I couldn’t even hear her she was whispering but Bob was so patient with her. I LOVE BOB! Bob needs a raise :)

Very easy to find what I needed, several employees offered to help me, and the staff was super kind in general.

The store was relatively busy but checkout had no wait. Everything seemed stocked well and clean. 10/10 as hardware stores go

Where can I sell a home Depot is home Depot and they have everything and anything you could need for any home DIY projects no matter whether it's residential or some huge commercial project.

Was at the store today to buy a new toilet.it was very busy, but the associate( Pete) took the time to talk to me and helped me to make a decision. Unfortunately the one I needed was high up on the shelves and needed to get a fork lift and another associate (Chris)to get it down. Every time Pete was approached by someone else who needed help he would call over another associate to help them instead of just telling them he was busy. Both associates made sure everyone was safely out of the way in both aisles before they started. Chris thanked Us for being so patient! I was impressed. PS also was thankful to the associate who got it in the car for us.

I got a bunch of small Mum plants for only $1.99 to make a Halloween planter for my Mom! I also picked up some of my favorite teal flower pots & a huge bag of organic potting soil at a good price! Love Home Depot!

I used a pick up locker for the first time - worked like a charm
