Monday April 3rd, as soon as I walked in Margaux greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I showed her what I was looking for; some women bombas socks.
She knew exactly where they were, but we couldn’t find the exact ones. She went above and beyond, went out back and found the exact pair I showed her. She was very helpful and didn’t give up. Lol and I loved her very bubbly, friendly and easy going personality. Thank you Margaux,

Good customer service ! Wish they had a wider selection of sizes and styles for New Balance. Staff were helpful and attentive overall it was a good experience

Good stock and friendly staff

I was looking at weight sets and had mostly made up my mind and went into the danvers store. Demetrius approached me almost instantly to assist me and lugged around multiple different weight sets from the back so I could be sure I got the right one. Both of the cashiers (a young girl with dark hair and a middle aged lady with medium blonde hair) were super friendly and helped me setup a rewards account in less than a minute. I have never had an experience that involves multiple people in retail where all of them are nice, courteous and care about the job. This was a very pleasant surprise and other retailers can only hope to have a team like this.

Absolutely love this store always the best service always very helpful employees always polite!! I never feel rushed out of the store even if I'm rushing right before they close!! I can't say enough great things about this store!! I even have the chance to have the manager help me last Christmas right after I had just lost my son and the manager was above and beyond thoughtful, and went above and beyond to help me get what it was that I was looking for as well as helped me get everything at a awesome price!!! Hands down always go to this store!!! Thank you!!!

We had to return a treadmill and replace it with a different one. The store manager, Jeff, was very nice and very helpful. Several different people assisted us and everyone was very polite and professional. Jeff worked really hard to get us a good deal and make our experience stress free. Thank you everyone for your help!

Went in to check out golf drivers. The rep that helped was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Well trained in the new equipment and prices. Allowed me to demo the club I'll be purchasing very soon.
At checkout the lady was friendly and approachable. Very rare experience in Massachusetts. Well done.

Brett was so helpful and kindness to me. Was browsing at de golf section and came out of the store with two golf clubs. Great experience 👍

Chris at the Dancers store was very helpful in resolving a coupon issue. I tried to use a coupon on line for fishing equipment and told Chris when we were trying to check out. He quickly understood there issue and had one of the clerks process the coupon.

Every time I come here. I find what I need. Staff is very friendly. I have a wide selection of items to choose from. Great place.

I bought a pair of shoes that didn't work for me. Pickup was a breeze but I was worried about returning them. It couldn't have been easier. Call them from a designated parking spot and call. That's it they come to your car and make the transaction. Done

I'm writing this review because I was absolutely blown away by, not only the phenomenal deals they had on some of my favorite camping, kayaking and sports apparel, (I got a high quality kayak and paddles for under $250!!) but mostly by the outstanding team that works at the Danvers location, in particular a very helpful & personable man named Johnnie (Jonny?) He was incredibly knowledgeable in his department and even helped us find a much reasonable priced car mount (like $39 vs $400 @EMS. NO JOKE) and even walked us through how to set it up.( he came out to our car to show us) Honestly, I love people who do their job well and this kid is amazing at what he does. Kudos to your store. You have great employees.
I usually drive all the way to Cabela's /Bass pro or EMS But will save my time, money and gas and head down the street instead. Okay, I'll say it. I love Dick's.
