I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the Danvers manager Samantha and her two customer service reps, Arlin and Isaiah!!
They do not get the credit they deserve for the work they do.
I lost my wallet in the store, I went to the service desk where Isaiah and Arlin patiently dealt with me in complete panic mode… and went to get the manager Samantha who literally went ABOVE and BEYOND!
I was clearly absent minded and put my wallet down somehow…
Samantha went back to retrace steps with me, because I only went to one area in a short time…
I retraced my step previously but was so panicked, it wasn't helpful.
With Samantha’s calm and helpful manner, she found it!!!!!!!!
This happy ending doesn’t happen all the time.
I am so incredibly grateful for the three of them who were able to see my panic and remain calm and so helpful!
It didn't end there, I needed to go back and thank each one of them personally.
I cannot begin to express how appreciative I am to all three for their actions today.. all of them were my hero's..
Samantha, I hope you come across this review and know how incredible you were with me today and how much I value what compassion you had!
I hope the Walmart corporation recognizes what amazing employees they have…

One of the nicer Walmarts. Everything we needed was in stock, the aisles and merchandise were neat and the store was clean. The staff was also very helpful and nice.

I love this store so much!! Almost had car theft AND there two morbidly obese kids sitting on the checkout counter!! Such a lovely store!

I shop at all Walmarts for most of all my household needs, tools, clothes, simple car things, and electronics. They have everything you need in store or online

this was a great Walmart, and although it was small, it had everything we needed, and the prices were very reasonable. It was very well stocked and the staff was very nice.

Place was great everyone was helpful especially the closing carriage guy, helped me with a carry out, he deserves a significant raise working in bad weather all the time, it was raining

I was clean and not overly packed with people. The lines weren't too long. I booked my visit from beginning to end. It was perfect. My 3 granddaughters and I had an amazing time. It wasn't too hot. I got a large locker for coats and umbrella. A good time was had by all.

Never an issue store is getting more organized and cleaner just need little more help. But overall never an issue

Walmart is my Go To for almost Everything. Their prices are usually within reason for the crazy times we are in. I almost always fine what I need. Kids clothes are really cute and a decent price, and God know I have a lot of little ones to buy for with 6 Grandkids and 5 Great-Grandbabies. Love This Place. They had better NEVER go under like so many stores have. Keep Doing what you're doing, Walmart, it's Working.

This place is great, I was looking for bug spray for my ant infestation, not only did the employee guide me towards the bug spray, he also gave us valuable information about the products and how they work. We were talking for a couple of minutes before a old lady scrambled to the cans of bug spray, proceeding to down the bottle whilst screaming the words "BUGS GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" over and over again until walmart security escorted her out of the store.

This review is for an online order that was fulfilled by this store.
My original package was not delivered to the correct address. The very next morning, an employee from my local Walmart called to see what I'd prefer (refund or try again). The employee, Danielle, explained that the outside contracted delivery have brought on new drivers. She apologized profusely. I decided to give it another shot. She said she would call back if my items were no longer available. Later on, another employee called with specific questions on an item they no longer had (right size but not color). Again, I was met with sincere apologies. I moved ahead with the order. Later that night, Danielle called again asking if my package arrived. I went and checked and called her back to confirm I did have my package. Again, I was met with sincere apologies. Danielle and her store went above and beyond.

I picked up an online order. Super easy and very helpful staff made this a great shopping experience.

One of the best locations I have been compared with the one in Sagas and the one in Lynn this is one of the best ones

Walmart gets five stars because it's got a huge selection of the basics along with some groceries, electronics, etc. We all know Walmart so what's to learn about it? This particular location is rather slow when checking out, at least I have always waited at least 5-10 minutes to check out, even if it's for the self.

We went in for water & ended up buying a tea kettle & clothes!!!
