This market is superb! Clean, well kept, polite, courteous helpfull professional staff. Such a huge assortment of everything! Great prepared food section, when you don't feel like cooking. Amazing organic produce section. Great ethnic food section. Fish department was full of an extensive selection. All the goods offered are reasonably priced. My new go to market.

Great Store, It’s very busy at this location….. However they have plenty of employees to handle to customers needs.

I haven't been to market basket in years. I disliked everything about it! We recently stopped going to shaws(don't get me started) . So market basket it is. I was so pleasantly surprised. The store is clean. There is staff everywhere! The produce looks so fresh. Not like before.

Market Basket has the best prices around! They have a large selection of fresh organic produce and frozen berries! Last week they had Fresh Express Salad Kits on sale 2/$4 but they didn't have any Bacon Caesar, which my son eats daily, and I forgot to get a rain check. Yesterday I stopped at the Customer service desk and asked if they would honor the sale price and they did. They gave me a rain check for 6. They only had 2 left left so they changed the quantity on the rain check to 4 so I could get more the next time I was in!
That's awesome customer service. I was so thrilled there was nobody in line when I checked out. I love Market Basket in Middleton!

I Love the new Cafe you have provided along with the new food kitchen. My wife and I am thankful for your your wonderful staff serving at the Cafe. They are very professional but yet very friendly to make you feel like you are somebody not just a customer. I have ptsd and it has really helped with my condition being able to sit among others. Market Basket has a variety of fresh produce and international products at the right price not found in specialty supermarkets that might require your . . . Whole Paycheck. They also offer a nice selection of what I like to call "meat parts" as well as prime cuts for the carnivores among us.

I was completely surprised! I thought it was going to be like a deep discount store, similar to a Pricerite, but no. The prices are really good, but definitely a higher standard than a Pricerite. The fish and deli department are beautiful, and the butcher area is equivalent to a Harris teeter store. The dairy department is massive, I mean ginormous. Yoghurts for days. Cream cheese like you wouldn't believe. The really great thing for a cheese lover like me is that they have a GORGEOUS cheese display with some really nice imports and domestic cheeses. I'm a grocery store snob and view shopping sometimes as entertainment. (I can imagine you're rolling your eyes.) I love taking hours and looking at the international products and poking around the meat, poultry and seafood. Thinking about what I can make with items I find. Sometimes if I am looking for a specific item it's a huge disappointment if a store can't supply it. Market Basket had everything I needed and some serious impulse buys that caused a slight alteration to my menu.
My only, albeit minor, negative is not being used to the store I found the produce department a little difficult to navigate. BUT!!! And this is huge. I was very happy to see it at the end of the store. I really don't understand having produce at the beginning so it lands at the bottom of the trolley to be crushed by the rest of the store items.

So, I give Market Basket two very enthusiastic 👍👍. I would give more but I only have two hands.

Quick side note: even when I didn't know where I was going and got in other people's way, no one Karened me.

Great prices and the cashiers and baggers are so sweet and nice. You got to hit Market Basket right otherwise it's hard to get around because it's so popular. And look out in the parking lot as well. Lots of crazy people trying to get parking spots.

Big store. Need more employees that speak English. I was looking for an item. And I asked 2 different employees and none of them. Understood what I was saying.

My number one place to shop for groceries. I haven't had anything bad to say about this place. Wonderful and helpful employee.

No supermarket beats market basket on price or quality of produce. Might be a busy mad house but the money you save is worth it. The staff here knew where everything was and the layout makes it easy to navigate in and out items.

Better than the one in Salem because it's bigger and isn't overcrowded.

This place is a great alternative to the big corporate owned supermarket chains. Great seafood department, deli department, and fresh produce. Very reasonable prices on most items. Whenever I travel to Boston I always make it a point to stop there and pick up lobsters.

Hey listen, My Wife works at Whole Foods & we still shop at Market Basket.

Everything I needed is there today. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
