I actually come from quite far away to do all of my Verizon /Phone related business at this location. The service is always amazing and everyone who works there is extremely kind and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience at the Middleton Verizon store. I called this evening at 6:15 and needed urgent assistance with my daughter's phone which was no longer charging. She was very anxious and I knew it would be a tough night if we didn't address it right away. With only 15 minutes to spare, the Verizon associate Rami, assured me that we'd have enough time to do what we needed. He took care of us not only with her phone, but also took that extra time that I would have needed to upgrade my own phone -- something I had been procrastinating on for months. He took care of transferring our apps, contacts, texts, etc. We did not feel rushed at all. We are both so satisfied with our purchases/upgrades. I happened to get a fantastic deal going on now for loyal customers! We are so excited. Thank you. Great service!!

We stopped at Verizon just before closing on 7-18-23. We were on vacation and had an oops with our phone. Sean (or Shawn or Shaun lol) was most helpful. He took great care of us and had us back on the road in no time. Most professional and courteous! Thank you, Verizon, for hiring great employees!

Rami was my agent and was fabulous! As I am over 65 and am a visual learner he spoke slowly, answered each question with patience and clarity and did not rush me, and wanted to be sure that I understood everything before I left the store. I would highly recommend this store as has recently opened and the atmosphere promotes personnel and quality customer service. I plan to always return here for any further help and needs as you are made to feel that you are his only customer today!

I came into the store super frustrated with my phone. Rami and I spoke for a bit and he explained all of my options. He was incredibly helpful and super pleasant. I had to come back to get the new phone and it was an even better experience! All of his advice was wonderful and I really enjoyed talking to him throughout the process! Both gentleman working there are great employees and genuinely nice people! Definitely recommend this store!

Very pleasurable atmosphere when you walk into the building. All the employees are very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Their customer service is outstanding. Rami is a tech and District manager who provides excellent customer service. He makes sure you fully feel comfortable with your devices.

Rami helped me understand problems I was having with my phone. When he asked about our Bluetooth, I told him we didn't have that option. He showed us the importance of using the "hum". He also was eager to help us get a discount by using Lynn's military experience. We are happy with all of the ways he assisted us.

This is my 2nd time reviewing this Verizon store manager. He is absolutely the best with customer service. Made sure that we understood all the features and spent the extra time we needed.

we came in to upgrade 2 phones but purchased 2 phones and an iPad. The salesman Rami could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance .
