The staff are always plesant and helpfull.The pharmacy staff remember my name and know when to reorder my medication.Over all a very clean location and organised.

Iryna is absolutely lovely! She truly cares for her customers. I appreciate all of the staff including the pharmacy stuff. Wonderful people and always excellent service. I'm greeted and feel as if they're genuinely happy to see me. Iryna is such a beautiful soul, I've purchased items I didn't know Walgreens had, by her suggestion.

Very nice and helpful staff at this store, especially one of the managers named Heather, very helpful, was helping me and at least 6 other people while I was there. It was Valentine's Day and a long line of people, but 4 workers got to the registers and the line was quick. Very well organized, will definitely be making this my new store😁

They are always friendly and even when short staffed the employees are patient and kind. Nice having a Walgreens close by

I want to salute and commend Bianca who works in the Cosmetic Department! She is extremely knowledgeable and she has such a wonderful personality. She is the most helpful and cheerful employee over there by a mile. Walgreens is extremely lucky to have her and personally as a customer, I love how she treats everyone and how she generously shares her expertise and great smile! Again l was there this morning waiting for my turn to ask Bianca a question. The lady in front of me couldn't thank Bianca enough for all her advice and kindness, she left saying with a huge smile "Thank you do very much, you made my day a very special one."

Pharmacist Kirk filled two prescriptions that were suddenly out of stock at CVS. I expected to pay retail. After listening to me, Kirk took the time to get a rock bottom price for me, below what I normally pay. Thanks!

Deven greeted me when I entered the store! Griscel asked if she could help me find what I was looking for! Staff are always friendly and helpful and I always support this store! What a gem in our neighborhood and so convenient! Definitely recommend!!

Drive-thru pharmacy was fast, even though it was full. The associate was friendly and answered all of our questions respectfully.

Nice clean Walgrens

Something has changed at this pharmacy the past several months. The pharmacist who used to always be here was on his game, and kept things moving. Now, it takes them around 10min per car to move through the pharmacy drive through. Sitting 5 deep now. If someone needs that much time with their order, have them come inside and wait.

This Pharmacy needs some serious help. Half the time it is closed or the Pharmacist isn't on duty. I spent 20 minutes waiting in a line of three only to be turned away because it hit lunch while I was in line. So I had to come back an hour later and wait in an even longer line to get my husband's medication. This is the closest / only pharmacy in the Foothills. It's super frustrating. I hope they can fix something.

2 stars because the people not at the pharmacy are usually friendly and the store is usually stocked.

Since outsourcing much of their pharmacy filling, service has become much worse. Twice I have gotten back refills that were suppose to be "90 days" only to find that there were NOT 90 tablets. Today when we went back and called it to their attention the response was "we didn't fill it here and we do not have this medication in stock on premises". The pharmacist did not offer any assistance in correcting the situation. Moving my prescription to CVS!!

I’ve had trouble filling prescriptions at this location the past three times I’ve been here. I haven’t had an issue with any other Walgreens pharmacy. Every time I call to fill a prescription, and go to pick it up, I am told the prescription has not been filled and they never received my fill order. This time I was told the script I called about has no more refills and I cannot fill it at all, however the pharmacy staff I spoke to on the phone said they would have no problem filling that medication. I even confirmed the address with the phone staff. I’m not sure where the disconnect is, but it is an ongoing issue that needs to be resolved with their pharmacy staff. I am leaving two stars instead of one because the staff is always kind and polite despite these issues.

Changed pharmacies after many bad experiences here. That was 4-5 years ago so it may be better now.

This Walgreens is located right by my house. This morning I went in for a small purchase. There were three cashiers one who is obviously the manager. The second was a younger lady who obviously hadn’t worked there very long and the third was an older lady who, after waiting in line for five seconds it became very apparent. She believes she knew everything over everyone in the store. The young lady who was the newest employee, could not remember a password to one of the systems, instead of trying to help or provide options on how to reset it. The older lady began to roll her eyes, and gave condescending remarks towards the young employee, as she miss, rang her own customer She didn’t got frustrated because apparently the situation of the young lady for getting her password is what caused her to ring up items incorrectly. She then became to blame the young lady for that and continue to roll her eyes and make remarks in front of all the customers I felt very bad for this young lady who was obviously just trying to do her job and was seeking help on how to correct a situation instead of getting help this older cashier took it upon herself to continue to roll her eyes and make condescending remarks. No wonder why the youth of today does not want to work instead of being trained and help their talk too like they’re stupid, they get their eyes rolled at them by people that should be their peers and are supporting them. I hope Walgreens sees this and does something with this lady. And I hope you’re able to save that young lady and keep her employed there, but if I was her, I would’ve already walked out this morning the way I was being treated and the manager just letting it happen.

I went into to pick up a simple
item I had seen online. I took it up to the counter to pay and was told the price was more. I asked if they would price match their online price and was told no. This is a first as every retailer will match their posted online prices. Strange thing is I went on their website when I got in the car to check what would happen if I did in store pickup . It showed if I were to purchase the item for in store pickup they’d match the online listed price 🤦🏻‍♂
