Went into AT&T looking to upgrade two of my lines. Upon walking into the store it was busy with only one associate there, Nadine. She greeted me as I walked in, and let me know she would be with me soon as possible, and apologized for the wait. Her customer service proved to be excellent, and she did not buckle under the pressure. I definitely recommend Nadine. She was a honest, hard working young lady, and she found the best plan for me. Thanks Nadine!

I stopped in just to "check on something" and I walked out with a new phone and an iPad mini- and I didn't have to pay anything extra on top of the cost of the phone upgrade. Nadine was the first to help me and she was so knowledgeable and helped me to understand what I could do with my plan and what I couldn't. The manager David also helped to reassure me that my account wouldn't change and all would be ok. They are a great team and I'm so happy I came into this location.

Went here to handle some billing issues and upgrade our wireless plan. Employees were very awesome. Fritz was able to work out everything for us. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind!

Wonderful experience! Was welcomed immidiately and attended in a timely manner. Best service in Corona. The Manager at the store, Jesus, gave me the best deal available for my wireless services and also gave me a fantastic deal on my home services, entertainment bundle. I’m now paying lower than what I currently was and have brand new devices. Will recommend anyone to this awsome location.

I just recently switched from sprint to AT&T and my swap over couldn’t of been anymore pain free. Daniel one of the customer service representatives was a top notch help. I couldn’t be happier with not only the customer service he provided but walking me through each step along the way to getting me the plan and the phone I wanted. I showed up after close and they still stayed the hour with me to help me buy a phone. they gave me great opinions and options and were very courteous. Discounts, requests, installation assistance, answers, even a free micro usb charger. Thanks Nadine and Daryl!

Danny and Joel at the magnolia store helped me with my upgrade and went above and beyond while do said purchase to look over my plan and find a better one and less expensive one too!! They answers all my questions and helped me set up my new phone and my moms. Amazing service and great experience!!! Highly recommend this location.

This store is amazing! I had came into today to get a New phone because my phone was broken and I got immediate service. I didn't even get both feet in the door and someone was already assisting me. The staff was great and the manger was super helpful. Definitely would recommend this store!

Ordered new phone att online but my sim card was too big for my new device. Walked in immediately I was greeted by the manager, told him about my sim card issue, he got the gadget, quickly sized it and installed in matter of minute while we chatted..very friendly and welcoming. Didn't realize this location was there..definitely a place to come to with your att needs.Thank you!

One of the best experiences I have had at an ATT store by far. I was able to get the best deal at the time. I got 3 new devices and my bill was still able to lowered. Look for Lance, Store Manager, he was able to get me a deal that no other ATT store can match.
