Costco Wholesale

2023 Update: being a level 7 local guide, this location still doesn't disappoint! There was a lovely lady with a cowboy hat; her name was Connie, and she went above and beyond to help me, even at checkout.
This is a great, small location! The parking isn't bad (unless there is a rush), the employees are very helpful, there are lots of items on sale, and the food court is inside! 5-star recommendation... worth spending a couple hundred bucks every month to get all my essentials for a cheap price!

The warehouse layout is spacious, though navigating through the vast selection can be overwhelming for new members. The atmosphere is generally busy, reflecting Costco's popularity. Ample parking, clean facilities, and the inclusion of specialty sections like the bakery, pharmacy, and optical services enhance the shopping experience.

This is still a very good location. At least on my part, we have not really have a bad experience here. We do not come every week, but maybe once every 3-4 months just to buy things like TP, napkins, water, wipes, vitamin C, Combat protein, and sometimes they have some good quality cargo pants (Sometimes.)

They do have a car service area too, but it looks really busy always, the same as their gas station, always full, but it is cheaper.

It’s relatively one of the smaller stores I’ve been to across OC and LA counties, but it has all the standard products like the rest. It’s always clean. Workers are friendly. Food court is busy as usual. Recommend ordering whole pizzas by phone in advance because they get easily overwhelmed with orders.

Here's the secret (which isn't really a secret). Go early in the morning and get gas. I know it's hard for some but if you live in the area, it's worth it. Plus, this Costco has tire air service (not sure if that's correct name) in the early morning. I've been to another location and they only provide tire air service after certain hours. Short story long, the gas prices are great.

My family and I are a big fans of Costco, unfortunately my husband had a unpleasant experience at that location. The manager's unprofessional demeanor and noticeable lack of customer service skills left him frustrated and dissatisfied. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in an establishment known for its reputable and quality service. I genuinely hope Costco takes necessary measures to address this issue for the well-being of its customers.

Update: After the disappointing encounter with Costco managers Coney and Doug during a return transaction, I want to give a shout-out to Jin, the manager who turned the situation around. Jin took ownership, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and professionalism to resolve the issue. Thanks to Jin, my faith in Costco's commitment to customer satisfaction has been restored.

It was a good experience, going early makes it much better. Is always a good experience. Including the guys that bring the carts in, if I ask them to help lodging from cart to car, they do it eagerly and happy to helps Almost Every body with a smile and friendly.

We come to this Costco because the parking is usually better than the other locations near us. Other than that it’s what you would expect from them.

Can't say enough great things about Costco. Always the best products and the best return policy if anything ever goes wrong. Not that they need any more endorsements but highly recommend.

This is one of the best wholesale store that family would enjoy shopping and get almost everything on their list.

Ryan Collier at the Tire Center is incredible. Very knowledgeable. Uber efficient. If you need wheel/tire service, definitely give the Tire Center a call and enjoy Ryan perform his magic! P.S. Service was quick and easy. They said it'd take 1h 30mins and they actually did it in 45mins. Good stuff, everybody. Keep it up! 👍 And thank you!

It has good offers and the food is affordable for what you can spend.

Happy if I can get out of here for under $300. Always find new things to try.

Whether I'm shopping for 4 or 12, Costco has everything I need.
We love the samples. Because of the samples, we have broadened our meals. Personally, I love being able to buy the shredded rotisserie chicken. It's great for soups, sandwiches, salads, and casseroles, even in a good chili.
The milk price is 2 gallons for the price of 1 at a grocery store.
Pet food! We went from spending $80 on a bag of dog food every 2 weeks to under $50 for a bag that lasts all month. Cat food and cat litter are also huge savings compared to pet stores or department stores. Christmas and summer Costco always has seasonal needs for great prices.
13 Yeats ago, at the end of summer, we bought a huge play structure for our backyard at the end of season sale. It has provided hours of fun for our grandchildren who stayed with us full time and nieces and nephews and friends spending summers at our house.
Food court, the teenagers love Costco pizza, and the little kids love the all beef hot dog. My husband loves the ice cream cones and sundaes.
If you shop for a large group of kids, church groups, sports, or school events, this is a tremendous value.
