Are they so they didn’t have the stair treads that I came in for the assistant did help me look and directed me to a different one that supposedly has 180 something of them. The store was very organized very clean had a full stock of what they did carry, didn’t seem to have too many empty shelves. The parking lot is great plenty of cells. Everything is very clean. Impressive.

Home Depot can be hit or miss, depending on the location and the day/time you stop by, but the El Toro Home Depot has always been on point. Helpful, organized, and in tune with their customers. I would definitely recommend this location if you have a choice!

Staff is always so helpful, patient, and kind. If they don’t have something in stock they are fast to assist in finding it at another location or having it shipped directly to you. It’s the only place I go that the staff is constantly happy and on point. Thank you Home Depot for your amazing service.

It was a great time to visit this Home Depot. Winter stuff was on clearance and, as you can see, springtime items have been put out. I frequent this location because of the friendly staff and clean aisles. It's a smaller HD, but whatever they don't carry in-store, you can buy online and have it delivered free to the store for pickup

Jason went above and beyond to help us plan out to build a table. Answered all of our questions. He came in on his day off to help pick out the right wood and hardware. He is super knowledgeable. We have never built anything before but he made the process so much easier. Thank you Jason give this man a raise!

Thanks to Tom and his coworker, I had an exceptional experience at Home Depot in Lake Forest. Their fantastic attitudes and willingness to assist in finding the right products truly stood out.

Additionally, I want to give a special shoutout to the sales associate in the plumbing department during the evening shift – super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable.

This is the best Home Depot in our area by far. It's like a Super Home Depot. Massive selection. Also I have never seen so many orange aprons ready to help and answer questions. In fact, someone approached me while I was looking at tile and she was able to answer all my questions and provided some helpful pointers to boot.

Traffic in this area is a pain. It's near the 5 and El Toro interchange which annually ranks as one of the busiest in the nation.

They also recently installed the latest in Self Checkout technology which includes a handheld barcode scanner and a massive touch screen. I had several items that would have been very difficult to scan using the old equipment and was able to scan everything with no problem.

Actually, I initially looked for a manned checkout line because of the items I had, but sadly they have all been eliminated.

This week I was shopping for a saw blade for my circular saw, and had seen that there were 50 in the store's inventory. Unfortunately, when I got to the store there were none on the shelf. Fortunately, I found Jeffery in the tool aisle and he went to great lengths (all the while helping other customers in his area as people were constantly asking him questions) to find the boxes of blades on a top shelf on another aisle. He took the time to get another employee to act as a flagger, get a gate for the aisleway, get the fork lift and got me the exact blade I needed. THANKS JEFFERY!

It is always vibrant with colors in the nursery. Prices are decent and have lots of items to choose from. They have annuals, perineals, herbs, succulents, trees, and more. Although I came in with intent to get week killer. It took a while to find weed killer on my own time seemed to be very busy and I could not find someone to help me locate the weed killer. I ended up walking and browsing through the store where I got few other items for the house that matched my bathroom cabinets.

Home Depot has always been my go-to place for anything in my home, from lighting to electrical, plumbing, appliances, tools and gardening. It has never been a disappointment to me. Even when my Home Depot credit card had been fraudulently used, I made a call and had the charges dropped from my account effortlessly.

This store sells most of the items you need to mend and maintain your home.

As an avid smoker (meats) Home Depot is my go to for both my charcoal and wood. Home Depot sells a large 2 pack of Kingsford charcoal that is always the best deal around. They also have large bags of cherry, mesquite, hickory and alder wood to add that flavor.

I wouldn't normally review a Home Depot store, but I had an experience that I had to give credit to the store manager for, and anyone visiting this store should know the kind of man is who is in charge of this location.

It was a Sunday evening, I didn't realize they closed earlier so I ended up heading into the store 10min before closing needing a toilet. I brought a cart inside and made a small return first asking the lady if I had time to get a toilet. She was firm on saying absolutely not. I then asked another employee on my way back to my cart that had disappeared, and he said technically it's possible with 8 minutes remaining.

Me not wanting to be "that guy", and a look of absolute defeat on my face from fighting repairs at my house all day and just feeling overwhelmed, I walked out. An employee near the front asked "hey is everything alright man?" I almost didn't know what to say but I ended up mentioning I just wanted to get a toilet, I already had the model picked out. He then mentioned it's his store and we can get you that toilet, no problem. He proceeded to grab my cart, walk me to a few other employees, told them to lead me to my said toilet AND give me $20 off at the register.

No more than 5 minutes later I was out the door waving with a smile on my face with my new toilet, which I successfully installed moments later.

It's a small gesture like this, that really turned my day around. I was able to tell the story to my wife when I got home with a smile on my face instead of frustrations from my entire day.

Sam at the cashier desk near the Pro-desk is AMAZING! He brought out my super heavy water jugs to my car. I tried to post this in the survey, but that was extremely difficult to access to say nice things about Sam. Guess you don't really want your customers winning $5,000. That's okay though, SAM MADE IT WORTH THE EXTRA EFFORT!

Service was great, I stopped by looking for a lightbulb and a team member quickly helped me look, and informed me they didn’t have what I needed but gave me options and pointed me in the right direction. Excellent service all around

I never knew that I could have such a wonderful experience at Home Depot! I needed some orange buckets and the worker went out of his way to find me clean ones in the back without me even asking. I thought it was so thoughtful. I interacted with 3 different employees, two near the paint and one at check out and all of them were SO kind! Made my whole morning!

Generally, it's very difficult to get the help that you need here, but Sam went above and beyond in the customer service department. I wish more people were like Sam, thank you!
