We ordered 2 of the okai scooters online, and we received them yesterday. It told me about 10 to put it together and had to charge the batteries for about 4 hours for the first time. A few hours later, we went out for a ride, I had to say this thing in fun, but I wish the scooter could have come with a bigger battery for higher speed than 15 mph. It's a cool scooter for a ride around the neighborhood.

Been going to this best buy for years. Service has always been the best. Every issue i’ve ever had have always helped. Raul in shift leader and Chris from wear house did great helped me out so much!

I'm not sure what happened to my original review, but it was positive. During the pandemic, I came here to purchase a freezer for my garage. The staff was helpful, even assisting me with getting it to my vehicle. I've returned several times for other items, each time being assisted wonderfully. They even have a toy section, where we bought several tiny die-cast cars as a birthday gift. Check their website, as they often have specials.

I was looking for kitchen appliances and found a kitchen aid refrigerator by open boxes but that fridge obviously wasn’t open box or return purchased, I was told the warehouse guys are doing inventory and that is why the fridge was left there, I asked a representative if he can check the price and he seems lost and wasn’t sure about the price, I got another rep to help and he provided different pricing which was lower than what the first rep and the second rep also said that the fridge is on hold for a client that purchased it online, I didn’t believe the different information that was given to me by representatives, I was almost to give it up then I saw a gentleman in the front desk that his name was Tim, he is the manager of the store, I asked him if he know anything about the fridge situation, he quickly checked the status and confirmed that the fridge is not on hold and it’s available. he also gave me a very sweet deal on that fridge that I loved, honestly I wouldn’t be buy it for the full price as it is such an expensive fridge. he was extremely polite, helpful and he was very happy with our satisfaction. He referred us to another rep Amir to process the shipping, Amir also was extremely helpful and caring, cheers to Tim, Amir and Best Buy for an amazing customer service

Two employees at this store went above and beyond expectations of service yesterday. I had need for ink and asked two employees in which aisle would I find printer ink. They looked it up and offered to go and get to bring it back to the pay area. I agreed and was extremely appreciative. Great job!

I was in need of a new laptop and came in an hour before closing. I am absolutely clueless when it comes to laptops. GREG was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Like over the top helpful. He patiently explained the differences between each laptop I was looking at and made his own personal recommendations. He genuinely wanted me to make the best decision for my self & my needs and it was SOOOO appreciated! In the past I have encountered either staff who didn't know much or didn't seem to care but Greg was everything but that. He stayed past the time he was off and was incredibly patient and thorough with me. I couldn't have had a better experience. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISEEEE

My refrigerator broke and I am starting to research my options. I went into this Lake Forest store. The best thorough customer service from Paul. He spent time answering my questions and telling me about each one. He printed out each refrigerator I'm interested in. Did not force a sale. Thank you Paul

I had an issue with an order being cancelled in their system and they were incredibly helpful after I had visited my local store unsuccessfully. They helped me figure out how to load the tv into my car also!

I don't know about the rest of the staff, but their install bay workers are excellent. They helped me pick out a dashcam, they were very knowledgeable.
