Buying redwood for outdoor project. This is one of the store that always have everything in place and organized pretty much all the areas like lumber.

Pat at the paint center is phenomenal -highly knowledgeable such a friendly person with a great personality. Valuable asset. He provided advice to myself and my husband regarding painting our interior exterior doors. Thank you Pat I hope this review helps you get the recognition you deserve.

These guys are doing their best with a huge volume of people and builders coming in there, had a great experience last night I'm picking up an online order Mason helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure everything was included in the order can't praise him enough save for me an extra trip back. Lumber prices were better than ganahl too

This review is specifically for their plants + outdoor gardening area!

Needed quite a few plants for my house last-minute so I stopped by at around 5:30 yesterday. The entire store was very light at the time, so I barely saw any other customers. This was great because I could take my time looking at all of their plants! They must have gotten a fresh shipment of indoor + outdoor plants because all of the areas were FULL with healthy plant babies.

I ended up leaving with a lush fiddle-leaf fig plant, some succulents, and multiple indoor plants! Usually big chain stores don’t have a great variety of plants, but yesterday I saw some varieties that tend to be more rare—it must depend on what time/day you shop.

Overall the store was clean, fully stocked, and the person who helped us at checkout was really nice!

The Home Depot at Mission Viejo always has everything you need. I’m at Home Depot 3-4 times per week and the one at Mission Viejo always has EVERYTHING. Also, there was a misunderstanding on pricing when I picked something up today. The manager handled the situation calmly and did what he could to resolve the situation. Great place and experience!

Most friendly store I’ve ever been to! I have a small rehab project in the area so I stopped by to get some random supplies. Daniel from flooring found me a sample piece that’s big enough for my patch work; someone from bathroom section helped me to find the last mirror with the size I was looking for, and reminded me that the hanging hardware apparently fell off, he gave me an extra bag of those, saved me a trip; and other little things. Everyone was happy and trying to help. I felt so welcomed. The kitchen I am remodeling is old, lots of problems. This Home Depot run lightened my day unexpectedly. Thank you.

There is a lady her name is Jannie she works at Apliance section she is super nice and responsible . she answered all of our questions patiently. Highly recommend if anyone needs to get new appliances go directly to Jannie .

Rick was so helpful and kind to take the time to cut our lumber and provide advise on various questions on our project.

I have no complaints about the store but this company (which I will not name 😱) needs to hire drivers that are able to park between the lines. It’s NOT rocket science folks. You piss off a lot of other contractors who need to park their vehicles as well.

I have never used curbside pick up before and I thought I would try today at Home Depot on Hillcrest in Mission Viejo. It was a breeze once I found out where I was supposed to park. The person who came out to my car was very friendly and asked where I would like the products to be placed. It was nice to have such quick, pleasant, and professional help without even entering a store!

I stopped in for a quick part, the home Depot associate was very helpful. I will shop there again.

Greyson and Don assisted me with some concrete blocks that we picked up a couple of months ago. Sorry it took so long for me to post. I just found my paperwork on it and remembered what a pleasant experience it was. Not often I can say that. They were very pleasant and helpful.

I visited Mission Viejo Home Depot very often. The cashier "Vivian" at the garden side register is very knowledgeable, kind, sweet and very HELPFUL. Thank you so much Vivian.

I visited the store 9/11/22 to find some fake grass carpet for a patch of yard we wanted to cover. ALICE in Flooring was amazingly helpful in finding the right shade we wanted, and she was also calm and kept her cool despite some technical difficulties with the rotating chain that cycles the carpet rolls. She was helpful, professional, courteous, and she was also game to help with the heavy lifting. Alice is a true asset to the branch and I would recommend this store's flooring department solely based on her service.

We visited the store today Sunday, February 27th around 4pm. We were helped by two awesome employees.

First we were helped by Michael in the doors section. He was able to get a lift to get down two products for us. He also loaded them onto our flatbed so we could take them to the check out.

Second, while my son (10 years old) and I were struggling to get our closet doors in our car Ron approached us. He was collecting carts. I greatly appreciated his help. He and my son loaded them into the car very quickly.

I greatly appreciate the awesome customer service from Michael and Ron and hope they get recognized for doing a great job.

I'm giving 5 stars to Ben what an amazing employee, goes the extra mile to help me and my aunt with all our needs , he was courteous and extremely knowledgeable...we waited a long time for someone to help us , then up steps Ben and David , Bravo on your customer service skills guys ✨
