The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. The manager? Wonderful! Today I bought some probiotics, when I left I remembered I had added a coupon to my card... but it didn't come up on the self checkout screen to apply it.. ugh. So I went back later that night, with my receipt and a picture of the coupon that should have come up to apply. Ryan didn't hesitate to reimburse me for the un-applied coupon. He even went above and beyond and instead offered me $5 extraCareBucks for my trouble. I told him thank you and that I appreciated him. It's wonderful to deal w a manager that no hesitation corrects the problem and especially when they go beyond your expectations!! Thank you Ryan, I appreciated the customer service and I appreciate you.

The associate named Alexander, helped me with my transaction. I called to inquire some information about passport photos and he was extremely helpful every step of the way before and after I arrived to the store! The level of professionalism, initiative, and customer service that this young man displayed was second to none. I was extremely impressed with his ability to simultaneously assist multiple customers during a short rush without losing composure or quality in his assistance given to each customer. Even while we were waiting for my photos to develop, I was surprised to see his proactive work ethic while going above and beyond to stock a few items by the register in between making sure all of my needs were being met. This guy is an incredible multitasker, hard worker, and respectable / respectful man all around. I'd go out of my way to shop at this CVS again to find this level of customer service. I sincerely hope and pray that your establishment recognizes the value of such an outstanding employee and does its part to keep him around / cultivate his skills as a leader and knowledgeable asset within your store. Excellent service at the pharmacy tonight (12/9/21). There was a snafu with my vaccine appointment. The pharmacist went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got my vaccine. I’m very grateful.

I miss this CVS Pharmacy very much! After moving to the other side of the Twin Cities and visiting other CVS Pharmacies, I've realized that not one tops Little Canada. I miss the friendly service and very quick Rx refills!

The best pharmacy in town

This is a historic CVS. Customer service was very helpful in helping us find our items. The store was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Looks like they could use some new carpet or a spot treatment

I stopped going for about a year because the pharmacy was understaffed. Just waiting to get helped without a long line took 20 minutes. I went again yesterday it was well staffed and quick. I will now use it again.

Low inventory seem to be outta lots of things when go here on the plus side it's quite and Service is always good

Seems to be low on stock often these days. Other wise its fine
