This is a review for the retail store: Michelle is AMAZING. I came in earlier to pick up an online order and she was just so nice and helpful. She actually made my day.

I have had some previous poor experiences with the pharmacy which I understand are not completely the fault of Walgreens (instead, the distributor). Michelle and the other staff I have encountered here make up for these. Anyone would be lucky to shop in this store and have the pleasure of interacting with Michelle.

The pharmacy staff at this store (Co Rd C and Rice) are extemely helpful and kind. I feel like they know I am an individual. When there was a glitch with insurance the pharmacist was on the phone before I knew there was a problem and I had my prescription within 15 minutes anyway.

My only complaint is they rely on automatic phone system too much when I call to speak to the pharmacist. I left a message to speak to the pharmacist and I got a call from their phone system.

Highly impressed with the pharmacy staff especially Regina. She went out of her way to help me with a prescription issue in a timely manner and was friendly and understanding throughout the entire process.

I actually have had a couple negative experiences at this Walgreens but today I had great customer service so felt the need to review. TIM R. in the pharmacy was so kind and went out of his way to help me find a coupon that saved me 20 bucks. Thanks for your help!

People are really nice and service is what I like about this location. Drive thru can be a little busy though. Other than that, it's a good store.

Love Walgreens this location was clean and had everything on my list plus a allpoint ATM which is free thru my Bank so that's a plus
