I was looking for a pair of boots. I found my size but no price. Gerry was right there to help me. She found the price and met me at the register. No waiting, no problem! Everyone was in a great Christmas mood. I love the Burlington on Hwy 51 Pineville!!!! Yes, Gerry, I will be back!

I just had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. The store is super clean with a large selection of merchandise to choose from. The staff members are very friendly. I want to recognize 3 of them. Charles, Nick, and Aiesha. Charles spoke to me and took time out of his busy night to char for a few minutes. Then I was browsing, and Nick actually asked if I'd found some good buys. No one takes time to smile at you less, talk to you. Then I was looking for something, and Charles actually showed me where the item was. Most employees tell you the dept and that's it. Then your cashier Aiesha was so nice and personable. We joked about me spending so much and if my credit card was going to work or not. What a wonderful shopping night. I could have shopped at other places for the items that i purchased, but Its employees like them that keep people coming back to your store, so thank you, Charles Nick and Aiesha.

My go to place to buy clothes. Large inventory of name brand clothes and shoes at bargain prices. Great selection and sizes. They even have a big and tall section. Unbelievable amount of candy and sweets from all over the world as well as homegoods, jewlrey ,watches, holiday items, toys, children's clothes and so much more. Get more name brand items for your money here.

I opened this place for my self just yesterday and I really love it. U can find there everything from brand expensive stuffs till something less price for men, women and kids. And large amount of options !

The variety of different types of things is amazing, and so are the prices! The line to the register is always long, but that's normal for any Burlington.

Great customer service and great prices

I would like to give the staff at the location on Pineville-Matthews road a 5-Star rating because they desire great reviews. The staff at this location are very friendly, polite, professional, and very helpful. There are three ladies in particular that I would like to commend for there professionalism and always willing to help me. The manager Yvette who is always smiling and willing to go out of her way to speak to me and offer any assistance that I may need. Tuwanda, one of the cashiers who I can tell is really quite, but she embodies the true meaning of what customer service should represent. Melvina, is another cashier who has a bubbly personality and represents the meaning of customer service as well. Melvina, however went above and beyond to assist me one day when the air in that store was either broken or someone didn't turn the air on. I proceeded to the register to pay for the items that I had in my buggy, and Melvina immediately asked me if I were feeling ok. She wrote down my name and advised me to leave the store and that she would hold my merchandise to the next day. She did exactly what she said that she would do, because the next day I went back to purchase the items and everything was there. Now if that is that the true meaning of the acronym ”KYC”- know your customer.....then I don't know what the true meaning is. I would like to thank the entire staff for providing a pleasant atmosphere for shoppers to shop. This store is far most the best one located in Charlotte area. It is very organized and clean. Thank you all for making this location a great place to shop.

I had the greatest shopping experience today! This store has improved over the years. Very pleasant and helpful associates! I will be coming back.

Large selection of items not as much in Home items as it used to be.. Mainly clothing. Can sometimes find pretty good deals
