Walmart Neighborhood Market

It’s just a smaller Walmart that only sells groceries. There’s nothing too special about this place when you compared it to other stores. The groceries is what you expected from Walmart - cheap and less quality than other stores. Parking is very easy as they have a large parking lot.

I usually never write reviews good or bad so the fact that this is here says a lot! I was cashed out on 1/30/24 by Stephen and his kindness really left a mark on me! I needed some groceries after a long, not so great day at work (which was the last thing I wanted to do) but he really turned my day around. He gave the nicest greeting and goodbye, and went above and beyond by checking my eggs for me just to be extra sure I didn’t have any broken ones. Never have I had such a pleasant experience with any cashier before, Walmart better give Stephen the raise he deserves!!!

I love this pharmacy at this location they are fast ,friendly ,knowledgeable, always fully staffed. ( Here's the shocker of it all....The employees know us by name on sight)...no I didn't get there in a De-Lorean it was not 1955 It feels good to be appreciated for the $ we spend . You know Walmarts are so known for not having good employees working the stores. Well they are right. Customer service girl working the register was so rude and ignorant. Texting on her phone while I waited. What’s that?? No conversation at all. But they do have a deli lady named Lidia. And let me tell you this woman is the Bomb!! Talk about Customer service. She went out of her way for me today at noon 10/27 to bring me breakfast pizzas they didn’t have in the shelf. You just don’t see that at Walmart these days. I sure hope they take care of their good ones. They need more Lidias

Plenty of parking and wide grocery aisles. Always have a good assortment and back stock of Gatorade GZero.

Love this small Wal-Mart. It's easy to get in and out.

Well-stocked when I went shopping had everything I needed

I need you guys to be open 24 hours again. I miss my 3am grocery trips. I especially liked the motion activated lights in the frozen food/refrigerator section. Good times. Help me out Walmart Neighborhood Market!

Overall my visits at this location have been good. I have only used the online pickup option for groceries. It has made grocery shopping much easier for me! And best of all it is free to place your order and pick up curbside. That is awesome, y'all! I mostly purchase dry and frozen goods. Fresh fruits and vegetables are hit or miss. I have gotten enough rotten/slimy items that I prefer to do my fresh fruit/veggie purchases elsewhere. Like I said in the beginning of this review, overall my experience has been positive!!

Awesome store, especially everyone at the pharmacy!!! Never a bad attitude, just accommodating!USA? ***Updates as of 9/26/22 *** This specific Walmart is hands down my favorite in Charlotte for groceries! Milks is always prices so much cheaper than anywhere else, ground beef especially!! Staffs always friendly, smells clean, and stocked no matter time of day!!
Update 10/06/22 New pharmacy staff but wonderful as always!!!

Only gave a 4-star review due to the fact that quite a few items we were there to pick up they were out of. They seemed short staffed, and inventory was quite low. Normally, they have staff to replenish when items run low and not wait until they are in none left.

Changed to 5 stars due to the hard-working staff and shelves beginning to fill back up. Even though they are still short staffed, they are working their tails off restocking shelves.

Today Miss Dania helped me with my shopping needs. I just love this lady! Every time I go in there she’s smiling and welcoming me ! She is the reason why I shop there

The fact that it’s not a full-fledged Walmart makes the shopping experience very pleasant. The checkout queues are never long. The online ordering and pickup experience is awesome. Good work guys.

You know how a person can change your whole outlook on a place? There are two employees at this location who go above & beyond for me & the 94 year old family member I take care of. This wasn't just once - We are in there EVERY WEEK. We walk the aisles for exercise in addition to picking up items. The employees names are Tish & Jimmy...and they make sure we have what we need and are very sweet and caring! Thank you for all you do!!

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located off Pineville-Matthews Rd. I like that it's easily accessible and in the same commercial mall you find tons of other stores, restaurants, and business. This Walmart is actually not as small as you would imagine and they carry the most important items you want to keep in your home: from household cleaning supplies to fresh groceries, you can find pretty much anything at reasonable prices. The store is kept organized and clean. You can self-checkout, if this is your preferred method. Staff is always really polite and they want to help you with any questions you may have. The staff that restocks fresh groceries are helpful and will give you tips on how to cook certain foods like plantains. We love coming to this location.

Very clean, good variety, great value, good store layout and helpful & courteous staff. I drive right by a closer grocery store located at the entrance to my neighborhood just to go to the Walmart Neighborhood Market. Many of my neighbors are doing exactly the same thing because the new WNMarket seems to be doing everything much better than the closer grocery store. You have won over a loyal customer Walmart.
