I received excellent customer service. The workers were VERY diligent and I thought the cashier was an awesome salesman. Great staff.

I needed a few cleaning supplies and they had exactly what was needed.

It's a good place to go to get cheap things. If you're looking for high quality items it's the wrong place. It's a dollar store and as such you go in understanding that you're going to get things that are at the very cheap end of the market. It does help to get stuff such as allergy medicine and things like that because it's much cheaper than even the generics at Walgreens or CVS.

Family Dollar on Pineville- Matthews rd has made a 360 turn , the store looks great , full and clean compared to months ago and I notice the change since this girl Amanda started working there , she’s friendly, she knows the store and she’s constantly working on the shelf , it looks GREAT , thank you Amanda and the new other girl Nikki too , love to go there when they’re there , always so friendly!!!

Family Dollar typical experience is " what do you want and there it is".
However, on Wednesday May 29th 2019 at 9:15 am, the cashier was friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.
A perfect example that low prices doesn't necessarily mean low quality service.

clean and helpful folks.... I only need to go there between 6-8 pm and never feel like I'm interrupting the employees ( we know this happens at other places... hello Walmart employee you do have to engage and not ignore customers)
