Went in to print my baby shower invites. I’m on a budget so I needed help finding the best way, which paper, design etc.

I probably spent an hour in there and Brian was so helpful, so patient and so kind. He was able to keep helping other customers as they walked in while making me feel important. He was multitasking and helping so many people and with such a great attitude.

I was dreading coming in and having to figure out how to print these invites and Brian made it effortless. So thankful for his help!

Walked into the store and a team member greeted me immediately. He noticed I had an Amazon return. He offered to take it to the return desk for me. Once at the return desk, he continued to provide excellent customer service. This was a fantastic customer service experience. Thank you for going above and beyond.

It is so rare in today’s day and age to find employees who are both knowledgeable and take great pride and care with their work. Kevin Thompson is an exemplary employee and went above and beyond for not only myself but for every customer in line. It’s an incredibly busy time of year for the print center and his ability to multi-task paired with his excellent customer service skills makes him an invaluable asset at this location! So thankful for Kevin’s kind heart and talents this Holiday season!!

Brian in Copy and Print is amazing. He alone would pretty much make this Staples a 5 star experience. From expertise to customer service skill to speed, he has it all. Clean store, well organized. I’d you’re going to Staples, there’s really only one choice, and that’s this one

I came to staples to print some battlemaps for our tabletop board game. They were extremely busy and despite all of this Perry took the time to help me through the process of making my order and Kevin helped to make the final product absolutely perfect. Most people might think my request trivial or less important, especially when a bride is waiting for her stack of wedding invotaions. But the level of customer service I received from Perry and Kevin was absolutely phenomenal. I will be back because of them!

My wife’s uncle passed suddenly and we needed a program for the funeral in NC. We live in NYC. We edited and uploaded the program in an hour per his wishes. We printed them in NC but the family was overwhelmed with so many other things.

We get to NC at 6:58PM and I call.

Someone answered the phone.

Let that sink in.

A person.

In the store.

I told him I’d be there in 10 minutes. After checking with his manager he said come on in.

When I get there the doors are locked and there’s a woman waiting outside. She doesn’t look happy.

She tells me they are closed and I tell her my situation. She was hoping to get in but realized my ask was slightly more urgent.

The team let me in 5 minutes after closing - which I will not assume to be trivial. I’ve work and for large retail institutions with big rules for good reasons. Theft, mismanagement, insurance, safety, etc.

They get me to the counter and ring me up.

They were so human in that experience and I couldn’t thank them enough.

The reality is that I think most people would do the same thing but we don’t spend a lot of time acknowledging them when they do.

I don’t want to call them out by name, but I hope their company realizes how much I appreciated the humans that they employ.

Was greeted as I walked in the door. The staff was professional, the store very clean and variety of products to chose from. Went in for custom printing and that department was wonderful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the outcome and cost.

The staff working there is great!! Today I couldn’t get the printer working right and an amazing worker got it printed on the printer in the back. When I asked her the charge she told me not to worry about it! It would have been atleast $10 so she was great. The store itself is very clean and you can find most things in there. 10/10 would recommend

TSA PRE CHECK AT STAPLES IN PINEVILLE
I have been trying to get TSA pre-check for about two weeks now. I went to the IdentoGo office in Rock Hill twice and both times their systems were down. I spent over 2 hours driving and waiting to find out that they could not do TSA pre-check either day I tried. Today, I decided to drive a bit further and try the Staples TSA pre-check booth out.

It was a FANTASTIC experience! Asia was helping another lady when I arrived and politely told me to sit down. I waited for 5 minutes or less then she brought me in. I pre-filled out my TSA pre-check information online so it took her about 6 minutes to verify my information, take my fingerprints & picture, then my payment. SO QUICK AND EASY! I did not have an appointment!

Although the open hours at the Staple TSA booths are a bit funky the experience was well worth the extra drive within their strange open window. I would highly recommend this location for TSA pre-check.

I am currently working on a project for Holloween and have limited time. I went to Staples on October 12 after 5 pm and Peter and Tamera helped me accomplish my goal! I am not very tech savvy! They were both so patient with me and walked me through the steps I was trying to achieve. They were so nice and accommodating and did not judge me for lack of tech knowledge! I will definitely be back! Thank you staples for having such great employees!!!

I love printing here at Staples!
So much easier to use. Just send an email to their printer, walk in and use their high tech printer, and voilà! Easy with no interactions with anyone. Unless you need help of course (:

Their touch screen display allows you to fully customize color, quantity, which documents to print, etc.
Very, very reasonably priced.

Went in to do my TSA precheck... i got the early just as the store opened up. The young lady (Asia) took me into the office and performed my Background check very quickly before her office was even open. True customer service, very friendly and professional.

Thank you, Xavier, for assisting me with printing my resume! User error and editing on documents on my phone caused my pre-paid printed resume copies to come out with errors I hadn't been able to see. Xavier listened to my problem and was able to assist me. Much gratitude to you!!!

TSA precheck service - there was a huge line because the other two Charlotte/Rock Hill offices were closed. The young woman handled it with patience and poise. She was kind and professional. I was just in awe with how she handled herself! Really impressive.

I am thankful for the staff called Tamera that works here. She was patient and helped me with my printing through my USB. It's good customer service during these difficult times that makes someone's day!

Fastest and best quality service I’ve seen .

The customer service blew my mind today! I came in with a wedding invitation printing crisis and they totally went above and beyond to help me out! I am a wedding planner and I will for sure be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone! Patrice you are my hero! Thanks again guys!

Staples is my favorite office supply store.

I've been using this location for a while as far as the copy machine everything works great every time I go in there

The customer service is outstanding. If you find a cheaper price, which is easy to do with a smart phone, they match it and take 10% off! Great selection of office supplies.
