I love ordering online and in store. I ordered my husband pants that he wasn’t in love with so we returned them at our local store and shopped for ones he liked better! Great service, always!

They have the very best customer service out of all the Old Navy's. I brought my grandchildren there from St Genevieve we passed a couple other Old Navy's or you do not get the customer service like you do at this store. My granddaughter was transitioning into women's clothing the young ladies helped us find her jeans and shirts and gym shorts everybody was so kind it's just a pleasure to shop at your store. And a big shout out to the young ladies that helped my 12-year-old pick out women's clothes use were super and and they even helped us find clothes for my grandson in the men's department thank yous and thank you to the manager for having such excellent employees and running such a nice store

I went in to return several things that I had ordered online that did not fit. Ariel was the young lady that helped me. She was fantastic!! She was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and definitely went above and beyond. She definitely is somebody you would like to keep around in retail. She deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond! She sure knows what she is doing. All of the staff seem to be wonderful people and really enjoying what they’re doing.

Great customer service. I wish they carried more plus size fashions. I enjoy all the bargains.

Staff was friendly and helpful when I wanted to buy a dress that didnt have a tag. No one acted annoyed when i asked them to look up the price. I also had an online return. The guy who helped me with that was funny and nice. Store was clean and organized.

Friendly workers and the store was very clean. The sales iems were clearly marked. It was plenty of dressing room staff and when it came to check out plenty of cashiers and no wait, they were busy and yet they ALL were smiling. Great job...

This Old Navy is the best one if it's kind in my area. The store is packed with inventory and nicely displayed. I feel like some of the other stores are sparse. The staff are nice as well.

Store has a nice, expected layout. There were cashiers at every register so there was little to no wait during my visit which was great becz there was a sale happening.

This a really nice store. Found some great deals for my kid. The workers seemed extremely busy, but they were all very friendly.

Great sales and the sale associates are very helpful. Only bad thing is the sale are so good you might have to wait in line to get in and you will wait awhile before you check out.
