Another great experience today and so very blessed. I had an issue with a pair of running shoes and the manager and staff took care of it no problem.

I walked out with a new pair and cannot wait to try them out. Thanks again for the great service, a store you can count on when an issue comes up.

Always have what you need for anything outdoors. We wanted to try disc golf, and sure enough they had a solid selection including starter sets with prices matching online sellers also!

From the moment we walked in I swear this store has changed for the better. My wife and I first Ed walked in and was immediately greeted by a very nice girl named Sarah who was working at the checkout. Easily 3-5 more employees said hello and greeted us. It was a little weird as usually you only see this kind of customer service down South. Don’t get me wrong I completely understand why everybody walks by says hi and approaches due to all the bad that is going on with retail theft at the big box stores all the way down to the mom-and-pop stores that are getting run out of business. But I will tell you what for the good of it to be greeted and treated so nicely keep it up don’t ever stop! Now we end our shopping experience with Sarah. Wow my wife and I are truly impressed with Sarah. She deserves a raise and or paid time off. Thank you Sarah!

We were assisted by a great associate, Jack in the golf department, who helped us order a 30 oz Stanley water tumbler to the store. 5/5 experience! Thank you Jack

I had been trying, in vain, to find a trampoline for my granddaughter’s birthday. When I called on Wednesday morning (I knew they got a delivery) the associate I spoke with was so kind going back and forth for me looking to see if the one they got was the one I wanted. She was so sweet! I was told they could only hold it for an hour ~ couldn’t pay over the phone. Well, we’re probably almost an hour away. I asked to speak to the store manager ~ Dawn ~ who was wonderful. She understood that it may take slightly more than an hour and just asked that I keep her updated. My husband went to get it and, of course, got stuck in traffic. She was kind enough to understand and we did get the trampoline!

Customer service is everything and Luca and Jim far exceeded my expectations. They absolutely nailed the meet/greet and product presentation. They qualified me to see why I wanted the product and how it would fit within my lifestyle. They personally catered an impressive walk around presentation once they landed me on the correct product and tied in the benefits of it directly to what we discussed during the qualification.

Never expected this level of customer service and salesmanship from a retail chain.

Salesman, a young man, was very helpful. We were picking out new kayaks and he went over all aspects including the carrier. The sales team loaded our three choices into the truck for us.

super friendly and helpful staff. They even kindly let me 3 yr old down when he asked if they sold legos! Very clean and following all covid protocols perfectly.

It is what it is. Easy to get in and out of, near the highway. It's not connected to a mall, which is good. It's one of the last remaining big box stores that carries stuff that sometimes you need right away. We needed some equipment and were lucky it was right there.

Called for a tent and employee Larry answered and made my purchase very easy and simple!!! I got my tent with no hassle and the same day. Outstanding service!!!

You can find just about anything sports related... even fishing worms (LOL). If they don't have something you are looking for they. will offer to order it for you! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
