The Home Depot

This is probably one of the best home depot's I've ever been to, not the biggest, but the staff sets it apart.

All the projects I have done and needed assistance with there's somebody knowledgeable to help me get it done, and get it done well, anytime I return something it's done with a smile.

I'm lucky enough to live near this location!

I went to the home Depot up in Enfield the store was nice and clean customer service was real nice with me and my wife she was very professional she was the clerk at the front desk and get this I live in Bloomfield

Very well organized. The items that we went for where not fully stocked so we could not finish the job we wanted to at that moment. But everything was easy to find and the staff was very helpful.

We just wanted to thank Dallas for going out of his way to help me and my Dad. He looked split in a few different directions but handled it in stride. Great staff overall. Thank you.

Excellent location! A vibrant store that hosts home depot events and attends to the customers needs promptly. The employees are very informed and work together to help solve customer needs. The inventory is pretty well stocked and shelved, and whatever can't be found immediately can usually be located through the Customer Service Desk.

I went here on Sunday and bought some copies of a key and some wood pellets for my stove. The man who helped me make the key, Jesse, was super helpful and kind. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who checked us out, but she was sweet and made what seemed like a mile-long line go incredibly fast. The man at customer service who helped me out later, Steve, was helpful in assisting me with figuring out how to use the finicky card reader. Everyone here was kind and I appreciated the help of such a hardworking team.

This store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store has great signage to help you find what you're looking for. If you need help with blinds or kitchen appliances or flooring, the staff is very helpful and able to price things out for you quickly. I've never not found what I was looking for in this store.

Great great experience here at the Home Depot Enfield!! Shout out to Griffin who helped found my purse and directed us to the right department to get what we need, super helpful!! We needed some wooden blocks to hold a camper and the guy there ( too bad, didn’t get his name) gave us left over wooden blocks for free…really appreciated!! we ended up donating that money to help others.

Excellent customer service. After a failed online order from competitor Lowe’s that didn't deliver or let me know my delivery couldn’t be placed until the day after, went to this store and ordered a replacement product. This Home Depot both called the day before and day of to confirm delivery and address. Delivered promptly and correctly. Well done!

50 percent off on 4 bundles of gaf hip and ridge......because all of the wrappers had been ripped open! Simply said we can't return them if they are open so why try to sell them to anyone! They should just put them on sale as soon as they find any damage to the packaging and/ or the shingles in the pack! Over all John B. And Scott are great at their jobs! And ,they are very helpful and knowledgeable!

First time at this Home Depot and I will say I had a great experience, the employees actually care about the customers and this is a plus for me. Store was well organized and had everything in stock.
P.s I think the manager running this store should go to the Home Depot in West Hartford and help them out cus they really need it and maybe get rid of some bad apples too.

Organized and friendly staff. While there are new faces working in Enfield all the time, some of the strongest and friendliest are still there! Asst Manager Steve, Jesse in hardware (a fellow veteran), Jenna at the service desk, and Steven from garden just to name a few. These are the employees carrying the store from their positions. They all go out of their way to help me as a customer. Whether I need a pack of screws or a big order, they are always happy to help, greet me with a smile and do whatever they can to make my experience great! I wish there was a bigger way to thank them for all they do for me!
