Big Y World Class Market

A very nice Big Y store! Very clean, well stocked, and friendly staff. I picked up a pizza from the pizza shop that was great! Plenty of parking! Overall just a great experience! I'll be back for sure!

As an almost daily shopper, The people working in the Enfield branch are pretty amazing! Specifically today, last day of the year, Steve the Butcher is spot on with his knowledge and customer service & Sam was our cashier & even tho it was super busy, she had a smile on and was super personable! Thanks y’all and I’ll be back next year!

I picked up a cake that I ordered and 2 party size pizzas. Both were delicious and cake came out great.

Their sandwich catering menu is very good. I bought sandwiches and wraps for my 30 colleagues and they were very happy with the choices and taste!

The best grocery store in town! The employees are almost always in a friendly pleasant mood and I've never seen any in a bad mood. The store is clean, the produce is neatly stacked and in good shape, the hot pizza, sandwiches and sushi are all good and the steak and butcher area is wonderful. Thank you to all the people who work at Big Y for the positive experience whenever I visit!

What caring, friendly staff! Store is clean and organized. I knocked over a full cup of coffee and the two folks who cleaned up were so kind and understanding. When I felt badly for not helping to clean up my mess, they reminded me that I am a customer and it's their job to serve me and the rest of the patrons. Who knew a supermarket could feel so "hometown"!

Staff is always helpful polite great customer service even at service desk. Meats are good quality taste great my son loves their fish. Big y usually has the best fruit and veggies. Dont like it when there is no circular I do a better job shopping with the circular with me when I shop. Store is clean and nicely decorated. Pleasant toc shop here. They stand behind their products.

Ben in the floral department is the best. Not only does he make beautiful arrangements but he stopped and made a corsage for a baby shower on Saturday afternoon. I’d forgotten to order it ahead of time and he saved the day. Thanks Ben

UPDATE: I went shopping again here and was with another shopper. We used the myExpress Checkout feature again and found it much easier to use with two people than when it was just me shopping alone. In fact, the other shopper was rather impressed with the ease and speed of the checkout process using this feature.

I'm changing my rating up to 5 stars because of our interaction with George in the store made foods area. We wanted some of their fried chicken, but we wanted it fresh, and what was on the shelf was over an hour old. George was alm too happy and willing to cook some fresh for us while we did our shopping. What an asset to this store!

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I like this store, but they're promoting their "myExpress Checkout" app. I tried it and found it to be a bit cumbersome to use. In the long run, it didn't save me any time, but it saved them having to pay a cashier and a bagger to check me out.

I went to Big Y last week and was greeted at the entrance by a pleasant young man who offered to sanitize my shopping cart. I have been to other stores and Big Y was the first to offer this service. The produce is hands down the best. Very clean store, excellent staff. I would like to thank all the staff there for being there for all of us despite the risk to their own health. You are all so appreciated.

Excellent store, Big Y carries just about anything you can imagine.They carry fresh soup, fresh made grinders and of course anything that a grocery store would sell .

Today's experience with Ben in the florist department couldn't possibly have been better. Not only was he super personable but went the extra mile to make sure my flowers were perfect even recommended type. Today where quality service is almost nonexistent Ben proved otherwise thx much.

Excellent in product, staff and cleanliness. Used the Self-Checkout today for the first time. The associate assigned was helpful and encouraging. I'd definitely use it again with confidence! They got it right! My favorite grocery in the area!

Very homey liked atmosphere. I was on way to Stop n Shop and because of a automobile accident traffic was detoured around store. I decided to go to Big Y because it was more accessible at the moment. I enjoyed shopping and selection in store actually more than Stop n Shop. Customer service was much better. I will shop there again to c if I wanna switch for good.
