Store is not the cleanest and I have only met one person that works there that is sociable.

They have a good verity of food items, they put prices on everything, but store is a little messey.

The Store Owner is the most ignorant, rude, and hateful Person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He's Rude to Customers, Bullies his Employees, overcharges People, changes the prices in his system to make more money and acts like he doesn't have to answer to anybody. It's shameful that 711 chooses someone like Him to be the Face of their franchise.

This store is disgusting . I took a bag of bread off the shelf ,and there was a dead mouse on the shelf where the bread was .and when I told the guy ,he was really nasty at me . And yelled at me in some weird language . Then he picked up the dead mouse and put the loaf of bread right back there and didn't wash the shelf or any thing .If I were any of you out there I would be careful about the warm snacks they serve cuz obviously there are mice crawling all over everything 🐭🐭🐭🐭

Terrible customer service. Were very rude to me. I was only there to pick up a door dash order. The man accused me of being impatient when I couldn't have been more patient. He pointed his finger in my face.
I feel bad for the women in their country if that's how they are treated. Probably alot worse.
I hope they go bankrupt!

These people will absolutely over charge you for items. Often try and short change you. Definitely not an honest business. I will NOT visit this store any more ! If u do make sure u don't get ripped Off !

Coffee always burnt..i do Splenda with my coffee never any on display.. Owner claims people always steal them..Never going back and i recommend that..your better off going to the one by Windsor locks..

This is the worst convenience store I've ever been in they will try to rip you off if you don't watch what they're charging you for and they are rude as soon as you walk in and they know you're the only person in the store they walk away to go do something else and you have to wait at the counter and then they get upset with you I do not know why 7-Eleven still represents them or allows them to keep the store open and doesn't force them to sell it because it is absolutely despicable

Bad customer service. Coffee always burn . And when you ask for Splenda give you a attitude and this is the owner of the store. Go to the one around the airport the are great

This store is a joke people really have to stop coming here and give them money they are rude & very unprofessional it's crazy how the management talk to you without you being rude it's sad they won't get my business & no one else shouldn't

Often charges double tax for food items that shouldn't even have tax in the first place, store is also usually pretty dirty. I've stopped going.

The store itself.is not the cleanest but open a cooler and look down. The trash and disguting things under heath that look like they haven't been checked under for months. Mold travels people. Yuck.

Every time I go here that try to overcharge me. As soon as I mention that that isn't correct they go on sorry and fix it. If you go there don't expect to pay listed price for anything
