I ordered an item yesterday night but unfortunately the order didn't reach to Walgreen as they had issue with the device. I requested them to give the item which is in store after i show the order number but the store person rejected. I was very furious at her. i cancelled online order and thought of buying it instore but the item was not available. Now I lost my patience but meanwhile the Store manager Rodney called another store near south park and confirmed the item is in stock. I drove to the south park store and guess what Rodney had reached before me and he was ready with my order.
Rodney you are a great buy, Thank you again for you help and excellent customer service and i apologies for being little mad :P

Every time I need a special battery or tech accessory I always start (and usually end) with Walgreens. You always have what I need. And while I’m there I buy other necessities so it’s a success in all ways. Thank you for making room in your stores for what I need!

Just love this place wide open floor plan also allows you to deposit cash on your cash app black card only real quick location that actually works. 7/11!!!!!!!!! Says it except cash app money but unless there manager is there they don't. Even though they say 24hour cash app except. NOT TRUE 2PM MONDAY they had no way of doing it iam talking about carmel and Hwy 51. Wasted my time just us Walgreens. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always so helpful and personal! I love the staff and the app and pharmacy systems. From pharmacy staff to cashier's to management I can't say enough good things. I just left this store and I was there 5 minutes and got my prescription and toilet paper and witnessed a manager buying a water for an elderly customer in need of help finding her way back home, while the cashier called her home to inform them. Seriously!?! I'm there 5 minutes and I still see 3 staff members being so sweet and helpful to me and others. Thank you to all the staff working til 9pm on 8/10/2018 👏

I stop by this Walgreens multiple times a month. It is always clean and I regularly find things I need on my shopping list I didn't expect them to have. Very convenient.

In general the cashiers and all the pharmacists I have encountered are very nice and the pharmacy hours are better than the CVS I used to use.

My only complaint is due to the set up of the roads around this location is a bit awkward to turn in to, depending on which direction I am coming from, but it is worth the minor aggravation to have nice pharmacists and a clean store.

PHARMACY: this is hands down the best pharmacy in the South Charlotte area. Not because they always have the medications on hand, even certain controlled drugs that can be difficult to fill at other pharmacies, but because their staff has always gone above and beyond for their customers.

Bri and Jackie are knowledgeable, detailed and always have a smile!

Lilliana is always willing to help so don't be shy if you have a question! She has the answer!

In the two years I have been filling our prescriptions here, I don't think I ever had a problem that wasn't easily solved! And after reading some of the reviews, I think some people forget this is still a corporate pharmacy and they have rules to adhere to themselves, regardless of the doctors! Everyone knows some of these doctors can be sketchy so we can't blame the employees for covering their butts!

They are very helpful every time I visit this location. Whether It is in store or drive thru. The pharmacy is always on point. Sometimes this store appears a bit understaffed yet they truly hustle to get you in and out.

Pharmacy on site, also a variety of items for sale, candy, snacks. OTC meds, diapers. Makeup, nail polish. It carries about anything you may need. Great selections to shop for.

Always so nice at this location, ALWAYS has prescription on hand so I don't need to go somewhere else, and when I go to photo, they go above and beyond!!

Had a slight mix up, Some the store, some me, the customer,… and the store handled it like a champion

The manager Richard is always so kind and courteous, he makes me want to shop their all the time! 😃
