Love the team here we've watched the transition from franchise trash to corporate cash . 5.5 months ago it was bought by corporate and the changes have been remarkable for me to have a chance to experience for I've lived here since 1983 and there was a lot of gas stations in this location and they were all very much unsuccessful to say the least. Lastly the most recent one was a nightmare door's locked 🔒 employees who were sleeping on counter areas just franchise disgusting and the loss of any care wasted on a Pineville primary real-estate for a fuel location. The new 7-Eleven has been a 💯 % success and the new crew deserves a great big ty from the true local family's we are backing you up 1000000% and we finally got a good site to go to any time ⌚ Monday to thru Sunday. Sincerely sid 👏📈👌

Great customer service. Meet the new own very friendly and super nice. They have came in and changed the store around in a week. Great job keep it up.

I go here everyday and the employees are always nice! If you go on enough they will recognize you and call you but name and ask how everything has been. They're always busy, which is a good sign, and gas pumps are easy to use

Had a situation in which the pump mistakenly charged me for premium gas, instead of regular. I left my contact information and the owners called me back. They gave me a gift card for the difference which was $10.!!! Great customer service.

I came at 8 a.m. this morning for coffee, and Edward was there. I came again at 1 p.m. to collect beverages and snacks for my team at work and Edward was also there. I just came tonight at 9:45 for some wine and some snacks for myself, and Edward was still there! I have lived in the area for a couple of years and this is my continued experience of Edward. But today was the longest day I have ever seen, and with the holidays and the fact that he was so pleasant and smiling just made me really have to say he is exceptional!
The reality is that this has been my experience of Edward for a couple of years now, and I think it's finally time I documented it! I hope you recognize and appreciate this man for the rock that he is!

The employees at this 7 -Eleven always make me feel like family. They are Awesome people and always a joy! Honestly I choose to get my gas from here because of the wonderful people and not because of the prices! Customer service is Everything.💯

This gas station has the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met, they went out of their way to help me from the second I stepped out of my car with my crutches. Tha k you so much

Well, I see they changed ownership over and the cashier (manager)was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered! Don't know if she was overwhelmed, having a bad day, or if her personal life is not good she sure doesn't have to take it out on her customers and employees! It started with her yelling across the store at me and another gentleman getting a fountain drink, screaming it didn't work!!!, you JUST don't do that! She had a huge line of customers trying to check out, and goodness! RUDE! My husband and I finally got up to the counter and WOW even worse! We just set our items down and walked out! Never in my life! Generally I do not post bad reviews, always try to find the good but this situation calls for blunt honesty, and a warning to all! This woman should NOT be here! It's a shame too, we liked coming here and we avoid it unless absolutely necessary!

Needed a loaf of bread before the local grocery stores were open. There were three loaves on the shelf ... All three were four days past the "sell by" date. Masks were NOT enforced despite the sign on the door indicating masks are required. In fact one of the employees behind the counter was not wearing a mask.

The people who work here are rude, don't go here they try to over change on items! Horrible service!

Sams mart not 7 eleven

For such a nice area this is a very low end 7/11. Store is overdue for a good cleaning and the mornings I go into the store around 7am there is never any coffee made except for one flavor which usually tastes weird. The employees see that I’m looking for coffee and have never asked if I would like to wait so they can make some fresh coffee. I just get ignored.

This place racist they discriminated against me. They made me go back to my house and get my ID which is fine but when I get back here with my ID in hand they ringing another man up who just so happen to be white and they didn’t ask him for ID. I asked why they ask me for ID and not him they said because he looks over 30. I said I’m am over 30 so how would tht work. Eventually they had nothing to say and threatened to call the cops on me. This 7 eleven have a history of giving bad service anyway.

My experience was horrible, I went to ask to pay 30 dollars at the cashier with a 100 bill, a black, bald and burly guy didn't answer me, he kicked me out and said he wouldn't change the money and that it was for another place, I said I could pay at debt and he still kicked me out, I called the police... worst situation of my life
