The UPS Store

I was a minute late after UPS closed its office. I knocked, I had a carpet that I was holding and requested the UPS agent to please take me in and he did. He took my return on the counter and even packaged it. I’m very thankful for their service. Even in the past, I have had no problems with the UPS they are quick and prompt with their service. I recommend them.

This Escondido UPS store has such a wonderfully customer service oriented team! A seemingly tedious task of having to return or ship items always turns into a very pleasant and quick experience when I come here. The team at this UPS store are incredibly hardworking people who are always quick to greet and help their customers with a genuinely kind energy. Thank you for making your store so welcoming! Your hard work and customer service does not go unnoticed.

David, at the UPS store in Escondido on Valley Parkway, went out of his way to help me with a QR code situation. I really appreciated that. I just called the store to ask a question and he answered. I knew it was him by the pleasant tone in his voice and his helpful manner.

I used a mailbox here for a year while I was moving myself and my business out of the state. I must say that the service I received here was the smoothest, most pleasant, and problem free part of the entire move. Bravo to the crew at this store.

Love this store! They are always so nice and helpful. They will tape up your boxes unlike usps. I have stopped used usps whenever I don’t have too.

This location is always busy, but the people who work here are excellent. They are always so helpful and nice. I appreciate the hard work the employees put in and I also appreciate how clean and tidy the store is kept. I don't go to any other location because the people here work fast and efficiently.

This store is SO busy but the workers are on top of it. I'm here at 2:00pm January 6,2023 all of the employees are very customer service oriented. They don't let the customer wait at all. Even walking to them at the door with there handheld computer. The store owner and manager should be happy with their team.

Fabio is simply fabulous!! Exceptional service!! He personally came over to my office to take the measurements of the item I wanted to ship. He contacted me within the hour with a very detailed quote, including fuel surcharge, etc. Then he came over to the office once more to pick up the item himself and brought it over to the UPS Store. After the item left the UPS Store, he emailed me to let me know the item was on its way and gave me the tracking number. Finally, he emailed me again to inform me that the item had been delivered.

I had a BIG problem with an expensive item that I shipped, and they were all over it even though it was no fault of theirs. One employee stayed late (off the clock!!) on a SATURDAY to assist and then I got a call first thing Monday morning as soon as somebody walked in their door. I mean, who CARES this much about a customer? I was exceedingly impressed. Such a great experience, and everything got worked out thanks to all their teamwork and effort. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I’ve been going here for 4 years! 🏳‍🌈 they are kind and efficient. They have everything when you go into a mail and package store. Sometimes I’m searching on my phone for an Amazon return. They don’t get nasty that I’m taking extra time. That’s big!!!
