Awesome store, plenty to choose from tool wise, needed a new impact gun for work, some Milwaukee bits and new tool bag .

Just reminds me of your local hardware store from years back, Great customer service and they have a lot of items in their store. Everyone's really polite and knowledgeable.

Always a great place to get keys copied.

Large selection with a helpful staff. I was picking up an online order, which usually is a quick process. Their prices are competitive.

Everytime, so kind and helpful. I bring in my screens every year to be repaired. After a bit of a glitch, Jake was straightforward, discussed it with me, took his time and worked it all out. (no extra charge so definitely wanted to shoot him out here)

Very helpful staff, smaller than some other stores but basically have whatever you need or they can get it for you if they don't.

Good old fashioned courteous and friendly customer service! So nice to be treated with respect. Most times as a woman shopping in a hardware store I am met with rolling eyes and sighs of exasperation when I ask questions. These gentlemen are the friendliest around. They are mature professionals. The store is neat and well organized. The prices are reasonable. No big orange awnings for me. You can keep the the big L too! Ace is the place for friendly service!!!

I have only been here twice, but I had a great experience here. They have a great selection of things that other hardware stores did not have. The people who work here are friendly are always willing to help. I needed a light bulb to provide a certain ambience for my room and they had a big selection of different light bulbs. It is a smaller hardware store then where i normally go, but they have a higher density of product on each shelf as compared to other stores I used to shop at.

It's a very nice store and people are very helpful. I bought a couple of items and I'm very satisfied with them. It's a place that I'll come and shop again. The workers are very friendly and willing to help you. They seem very experienced and what they're telling you.

We went to get a beveled washer for the T of our bidet. The sales boy allowed us to try out a few washers. But we didn't get the size we wanted. The senior counter gentleman took the trouble of searching out hardware shops where we could possibly get the beveled washer that would fit the T- joint. Great customer service.

Usually have most items in stock and at a reasonable price. The assistant manager Jackie is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The other employees are nice to.

The people in this store are extremely knowledgeable about the products they have in stock. They also will let you know when a sold out product is expected to be replenished. If you have hardware or paint problem, they will help you to figure out a solution.I prefer Ace’s over the bigger 2 hardware stores.

Love the personal service...they have most items for the lil fix-it projects you've always wanted to take on with fair prices. Housewares and sewing needs sections are a major plus😊

Very friendly staff here. Always asking if you need help.

Best local hardware by a large amount. No better option in north 112 area. Has everything in enough options. Feels opposite of big box Lowe’s and home depot. Oh, staff is eager to please. Bonus: Next to Uncle Giuseppe, liquor store, pet store for an efficient day of errands.

They always have what I need when I need it and they try to be as helpful as possible. It might be a few bucks more than larger stores but it's super convenient and they're personable, do VERY well with customer service, and actually seem to CARE.

I much prefer Ace to the bigger stores like Home Depot or Lowes. It's much less overwhelming and easier to find exactly what I need to tackle small projects around my home. Great staff as well!
