Associates were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The store is very clean, organized, and bright. It was a pleasure to shop there.

I recently purchased an outdoor picnic set. As a Senior living alone, Adam at the store accommodated my preference for for the floor model. He fully shrink wrapped it to safely put in my small SUV which fit. I could not be more appreciative of Adan’s outstanding customer service and fully meeting my needs. I shop at Big Lots frequently and this is another excellent reason to shop there. Thank you Adam!!

They have the best sales and clearance items. I love this place!!

Place is clean & pretty well stocked. I've only been here a few times since this location opened, there have never been very many customers. 120523 update, been back a few times since last post. Always clean & well stocked, employees are friendly & helpful. Convenient location, lots of parking & easy to get in & out of.

This is my favorite location to shop at. Also, all the employees that assisted me today were very very helpful and I humbly appreciate them all.

6/12/23 It was really close to closing but they let me come in and get what I needed and check out immediately after they were very sweet and helpful and I appreciate them very much.

There always very nice and friendly. Always want to help when in need. This is one of my Go to store. And they have everything thing you need. Store is always Clean as well and stock.

I was in this Big Lots for the first time today. The manager and the cashier were both super helpful and friendly. The store was amazingly clean and well stocked. It is a pleasure to shop there. I will be back!

Not knowing I already signed up years ago the cashier help me locate my account in my phone walk me through it to change pw and all. That's what I'm talking about wonderful cashier, amazing service I will always go back.

This place is clean and new. But it's big! It took me a while to find a picture frame, but I got an 8x10 for $9. There is ample parking and lots of spaces for people with disabilities.

Since they had moved from an old grocery and Planet Fitness was built in its place, then Kroger built a new location which BL moved into: the service at the old store was spectacular as is it in this new location. Much more ability to offer more items, less crowded aisles, shelving is orderly, the layout is similar to other BL I've been in.

We searched several hours online, for swivel, rocker, recliners. Marked our favorites on several sites, then finally decided to Google, best places to shop for furniture!
Big Lots was high on Google's list! First thing on their website, I'm offered to join their Big Deal Offers! Very easy to sign up, it's Free and gives you extra opportunities to save more!! They gave us a 15% Off coupon/code for either in-store or online first purchase we'd make 😃. That saved us over $100. On our 1st purchase! Several of the other retailers/online site's weren't offering ZIP, yeah, 0. I even asked a competitor if they'd match the offer, "No", then if they'd sell the similar recliner for the same price as discount was getting us, which was only $19. Off a $299. Recliner, "No" And they had about 30 day waiting list for their recliner.
Which was somewhat misleading on Big Lots website, it can tell you, Out of Stock, yet if you check in local stores, we found 3 out of the first 5, which had 1-2 in-stock!! Great, so we got the style and color, searched for! Many online shops were out of the color, fabric, style we sought.
Googling when the Best time to buy furniture, also gives you the best sales dates, which doesn't happen to be this time of year, so again, very nice, offering the 15% off 1st purchase at Big Lots. I'm sure there are stores that would give a discount, if asked? Which, though?
Well we're believing for 2 nice recliners Sat afternoon, once opened and put together. They stand behind them, if any problems.
Good shopping to you all ! Oh, and with our Big Deal sign up, and purchase, we'll save $20. More next time we shop anything in one of their stores, believe online, also?

Great new location at the old/former Kroger, Colerain Avenue location, since they closed their old location in Colerain at the present Planet Fitness location. I was really impressed by this new store open, being so vast, diverse and with great lighting and excellent display settings. The interior decor is also great!

One of the very attractive pieces which I noticed upon entering was their magnificent furniture displays of sofas, recliners and beds with their exquisite variety and selection of colors in stock.

We had a particular question about a bed on sale which also had a storage drawer at the tip or side of the bed and below the mattress. I approached Chayanne, one of the Associates and she promptly came to us to answer all of our questions. She also made sure to clarify and confirm couple of our queries through the Store Manager who was also very helpful. Chayanne also made sure to explain in detail further questions about all of the delivery options available and the charges. The Customer Service was impeccable and even our Cashier was no different with his promptness, his efficiency and helpfulness and being friendly.

I love Big Lots. I'm so glad they're back close again. I could look around there they've got lots of very good prices on their merchandise also.

The store was very clean the lady and gentleman at the front desk was more than helpful was very impressed with their customer service skills keep up the good work
