JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I had two separate orders from this morning. Not paying attention one was ready, one was not. I want to give a HUGE thank you to CC. I told her I would run an errand and be back. She had the item cut and brought to my car before I even left the lot. Saying she was trying to save me another trip. In a world where customer service is average she went above and beyond with a smile. Please keep these valuable employees. Thanks CC.

Had a lovely time spending a couple hours in my favorite Joanne fabric store on Colerain. The fabric cutter Joe was so sweet, polite and efficient. And Colene at the register helped me a lot with finding my coupons and saving me money too. She was wonderful, thank you so much for a great afternoon, Cheryl

Wit the friendly help of store employee, I quickly found exactly what I was looking for:
1.) a 2 inch wide elastic strap; and
2.) a quick release buckle clip,
to strap my phone case around my waist over what ever I might be wearing.

Friendly service all the time it's sad that like most they are short staffed this location should do like the Paxton location and have a check out at the cutting table saves a lot of time and cut down on long lines.

Love Joann Fabrics and Crafts even more now that I know store is pet friendly. Had a chance to go shopping and work with our puppy to socialize and went well. The staff is so friendly and helped us find everything we needed. Great trip and appreciate bring Remington with me❣

This store had a nice selection of quilting rulers and material which is what I was shopping for on this trip. They had a good supply of other crafting items and they were just putting out their fall stock. It is a very clean and orderly store.

I love this store. I love walking the isles, browsing the holiday decor. The prices are a bit high but you are paying for quality and they are usually running half decent sales. The clerks have even pulled up coupons for me before without me even asking. Definitely worth a stop and shop if you’re in the neighborhood.

The staff working the floor as well as the cutting station and check outs were all very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. One even made a recommendation which saved me some money by taking advantage of a sale item which I greatly appreciated. The store was well lit, well organized and stocked, plus easy to navigate.

I absolutely love Joann Fabrics and this store almost always has everything I could possibly want in stock. I love their fabric selections and the fact that Joann's support so many great organizations. They offer a 15% military discount and a 15% teacher discount, and the app also gives a lot of savings as well.

Wonderful experience here, found everything I needed and more. Download the app and get coupons and price check anything you need, it might be cheaper than you thought! Store is clean and quite orderly considering it's a craft store and everyone is constantly taking and moving things. On top of that the staff if very kind and speedy! More than happy to help and get you checked out quick!

This store is always neat and clean. I am able to find what I need as they always have stock on the shelves. I recently tried the 'pick up in store' option from online and it was super seamless in the store. This is a very nice Joanns location, and I keep coming here despite the new location that opened up near Bridgewater Falls. This one is just as nice as if it were a new store.

Great fabric choices and helpful and knowledgeable staff. When my sewing machine acted up, they had an inexpensive mending machine to help me complete many mask requests. And I love that they open at 9AM !

I was very impressed by the wide selection of products. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time shopping here and I will be back.

I love all the fabrics - so much to choose from! I bought fabric to make a blanket for my grandson. It was a doorbuster price and when I got to the store, it was higher than the online price. They matched it saving me over $6.00 for 3 yards!! They are helpful giving advice and helping locate whatever I need.

I love this store. So many awesome deals. Hannah was a wonderful help to us and was professional as her register kept in freezing up on her. She was pleasant and I enjoyed her.

This is my favorite Joann in the area, customer service-wise. Everyone is always super friendly and seems genuinely happy to see me, but also I'm in here once a week, so maybe that's why? 🤷

My favorite craft store to shop! So glad they returned to my area - I just wish it was a larger store because it's the only store in my county and items run out quickly. I do occasionally shop the other locations but only when I'm going to be in those areas.

I love Jo-Ann stores. I don't sew as much as I used to and there's not one conveniently-located to my home but I still enjoy shopping there.
Not only did they offer fabrics and anything associated with sewing but they have a Craft section that rivals Michaels or Hobby Lobby.
They offer coupons for some major discounts and I find their prices to be quite competitive.
They also offer seasonal home decor which while the majority of it is from China, if you're into that kind of thing you'll find just what you need.
