I shopped at Macy’s Finish Line about a month ago to buy shoes for my son. I was looking for a particular pair of shoes to fit my sons orthotics and this was about the 5th place we had tried. I was already beyond frustrated and when I came to Finish Line there was a gentleman that was SUPER helpful and made the shopping experience must better! I wish so badly I knew his name. If someone would like to contact me from Macy’s I would love to tell you about my experience and maybe this gentleman could get some sort of recognition! I wish there were more people out there in the customer service world more like him. Thank you :)

It was great but we didn't even buy any shoes for are children in the finish line but next time we will and I will take a picture of the shoes

My cashier was very nice she laced up my shoes in a convenient way they were all helpful I'll will be going back thanks.
