They're fast, great service & hand off is great. The drive thru person told me a bit about an item I got as it was my first time trying it. Don't know her name but she's knowledgeable about it.

My favorite location in farifield. I generally only visit on the weekends to buy my wife coffee. I usually stop by rather early in the morning. The staff is usually super fast and efficient. On the rare occasion I have ran into a long line in the drive through it moves at a pretty decent pace provided there isn't a car ordering for the entire capacity of the car.

I much prefer this location of the Jungle Jim's. The staff is a lot more friendly and the place is always firing on all cylinders. I drive further to order from here for a reason. I've never had a bad experience here.

Oh joy! Last time I was out this way this ⭐-B's wasn't here. Excellent customer service and expert level drive thru times as always at ⭐-B's. Clean well maintained grounds as always, bathrooms are clean enough to eat in and all the employees always wear smiles and greet you with eye contact every time, all the time. Every drink I've ever had has been perfect or replaced with an honest sense of sorrow for wasting my time. Consistency is what drives me here, well and the $5 cups of amazing coffee, my go to is the <3 Venti Caramel Macchiato <3 Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day I come to here or other locations and always, always get the same service and coffee made exact same, every time! Only companies like Tesla and UBREAKIFIX offer consistency in its services and customer service like ⭐-B's. I'm more than a fan, at least 10 years of ⭐-B's and never had any problems or complaints.

Starbucks is awesome like always :) the drive thru cashier today was super nice and even had a conversation with us too! It was nice to have a little chat while waiting for our drinks :)

Line is always quick and the lady that served me was very sweet. They have a great menu and such a large verity. They have dine in and drive thru option. Highly recommend tipping them. They work very hard and tipping goes a long way. Keep up the great work crew. I go out of my way to go to this location because the amazing staff and fast service...

This location has nice open space with giant windows. Great refreshing ambiance. The bathrooms are clean and the condiment station is always fully stocked no matter when I visit. The music is not loud. The staff there are always very helpful and friendly.

Giving five stars for the excellent service my wife and I have been getting. Most of the drive thru employees have remembered our drinks so we just have to say one drink and they auto apply the other. We like this. Clean, nice employees. Haven't had an issue.

There is a sweet young lady there who I usually see in the evenings. Not trying to shade but almost every time I go there otherwise my drink is made incorrectly, however...when she is there my drink is always right and heavenly. She is always so polite. She works the window at drive thru so she may not make the drink idk but kudos to whoever made my drink tonight. It was coffee perfection 🤌

This is a great Starbucks. Very chill atmosphere, the staff is great and no one seems bothered if you set up shop to work for a few hours. It's a good environment with all the usual Starbucks goodies well-prepared by good people.

The fastest service ever. We went to this location this evening with friends of ours, we truly enjoyed it, the employees were very friendly and welcoming. And as always, it's pleasant to try their new drinks, I had the Strawberry frappuccino AND That's my new FAVORITE drink.

Bradley was an amazing barista. He took my order just based on a couple random words. I didn’t really know what I was even saying, but I’m glad he understood. Thank you Bradley. You are a mind reader and extremely patient. I am very grateful because it was somewhat of a scary feeling for me because of a recent medical condition that I am going through. My order was fully correct and delicious.

The employees are always very friendly. I've been here many times and they are usually very prompt about getting you your drink. On the two occasions where they were busier and it took a little longer, they apologized for my wait, which wasn't necessary but was a nice gesture.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in the entire Tri-State area. The store is managed exceptionally well and the baristas are hands down the friendliest people you'll ever receive service from. They get my order right every time and my mobile orders have always been ready when I arrive. I would consider myself to be a local coffee shop kind-of-guy, but for this particular location I make an exception. It has plenty of space for studying and the outdoor seating area is very nice. This Starbucks location will have my business as long as I live and work nearby.

I love this coffee shop, but I had a bad experience the last time I went to the one at Dixie hwy, near by Caruso Italian Restaurant.
I think the milk was already expired I don't know what was wrong with the ingredients but my daughter, husband and I, we get stomach ache so bad at the time we was drinking those coffees.
I'm giving 5 stars because I have been buying at Starbucks for long time and I never get this inconvenience before.

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the Tri-State. Location is always clean, inviting and definitely delivers the experience Starbucks has built the brand on.
Hands down the friendliest baristas in for miles, they’re honestly the friendliest folks at this store.
The service is quick and orders are always perfect.
Just wish I lived closer!
