The UPS Store

First of all, the whole staff was very nice today from the second I walked in. Greeting me and being very friendly. Gary H was so helpful! I had to ship some things out to my son at an Air Force base in Texas. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use again for all my shipping needs. Thanks for all your help Gary!

Gary at Northgate location is an exceptional worker. It was a long line of people and he was patient and helpful to each person going back and forth to different registers to get us served. Gary deserves recognition for excellent customer service.

Gary was super nice, helpful and had the most positive attitude I’ve ever encountered!! He even taped my box up for me, due to the fact I was shipping something from my drs office who had told me ‘you probably won’t need to tape the box up’ but we both agreed taping it up would be 100% better and safer! Gary seemed super happy and excited to work! Gave me my tracking information & told me when I’d be able to start tracking it!! There was another older gentleman who didn’t help me, but was very nice to me and acknowledged me while helping another customer! But shout out to Gary, for helping me and being the nicest person in the whole store!! I hope he works every time I need to ship something !! This was my first time visiting UPS and this location!

Gary at the Colerain UPS store was amazing! He was not only helpful but very polite and kind. This was even at the end of the evening, close to closing, when most people are mentally checked out and ready to get home. The store was packed and he was still upbeat with every customer he assisted. Thank you, Gary. Thank you also to the friendly lady who greeted me with sincerity as soon as my turn was up …she promptly triaged me to Gary. And a final thank you to the second gentleman who simply said good night to me as I walked out. Kindness is contagious—so I ended my own day on a wonderfully positive note!! Thank you all.

Really nice staff. Had a large box of legos that I needed to ship and the gentleman that helped me (can’t remember his name, sorry!) was very helpful in finding me the right box to pack it in and handed me off to Crystal to finish up payment and labeling, as he went to help other customers in line.

Dachja made my UPS experience the best that I have ever had!!!!! She was quick and happy to help. Communicated everything clearly. And had a smile on her face the whole time. UPS has a great employee on their hands with her. Thanks for all of your help Dachja!!!

Went to the store to ship a package and Gary was super helpful. You can tell he cares and was helping us and another customer at the same time. He made it fun to ship this package and I appreciated that the most.

Today I entered UPS to return a few Amazon packages. There were Customers asking for notary service, other returns and packaging services. We were lined out the door. Only 1 UPS worker was managing everything and doing it with a calm smile and polite customer service. Tamika embodied true professionalism. She directed us to move inside so that a woman with a baby could come inside the store, while also making sure everyone knew she was working to take care of everyone. She was someone I would hire to work for me in my own business.

I went into the UPS Store today to process a return and was impressed with the great customer service I witnessed and experienced by LaKisha. There were a few people in line and back to back incoming calls, but she handled her customers with care and made it look easy. When it was my turn to be waited on, I was greeted again by her welcoming personality and appreciated her thoroughness! Thank you LaKisha for your great service!
