got a new grill at this wonderful place, this time for what's helpful suggestive and gave advice. The employee that worked with grills was very helpful and funny. I think humor goes a long way when keeping a satisfied customer. not satisfied. highly satisfied

I purchased paint yesterday and inadvertently bought the wrong color. Imad was extremely helpful in mixing what I thought was the correct color. After I got home and realized my mistake, I returned the following morning. This time Carly greeted me and when I explained my mistake, she was so helpful and explained I could return the paint for a refund and then purchase the correct color. As I was leaving, Imad came up and asked if I got everything straightened out. Both employees provided excellent customer service which is pretty rare these days!!

Ryan in the "pros department" is our favorite reason to stop in this location for our remodels. He's incredibly personable and always there to offer a helping hand or offer some football chat. Always in a good mood and has a smile. We truly appreciate Ryan and his customer service. THANKS RYAN & Lowe's for making contractors jobs easier!

Ryan in the pros department is awesome and incredibly helpful. I'd most definitely recommend this Lowe's location. The store is also clean and well stocked. The customer representatives are always offering assistance if needed.

For directed Lowe's shopping, probably the best Lowe's store in Cincinnati. Good selection and variety of products and the store seems well put together and well done.

The best experience I have had as a property owner/landlord, was buying my products from Lowes Home Improvements.
The stores are allows clean, you can find customer service reps to help you, they will price match any competitors price, and help you load it in your truck or deliver it to your home or job site.
I purchased new hollow core doors for rental property, pre-primer, and read to hang.

My Wife and I drove out to the Colerain Avenue store from Bridgetown to check out their inventory of bushes & shrubs for a small landscape project. Much to our surprise, they still had a great selection on hand and in addition to that, all shrubs were 50% Off! The young man working in the Outdoor Patio was very friendly and helpful. Great experience 👍!

Well, it's a Lowe's. I don't really have any complaints about the place. I'm not in love with their prices but I could say that about any of the big hardware stores. Everything else was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the tool I was looking for in a timely fashion. (after window shopping for an hour lol). Overall a pleasant experience.

Had an employee who was not familiar with this particular store help me find a sliding patio door.
He found the product and brought it to me.
Installation was a breeze. Pun intended.
Now I can work in my garage without being swarmed by mosquitoes and cicadas.

I recently went to this store to by a bag of concrete for a craft. I had bought a bag at another Lowe’s and was unable to load it in my car and had to leave it. The staff at this location was so helpful. In the aisle I was purchasing the product there was an associate who not only helped load the bag into my cart, but also gave me a large Lowe’s bag to put it in since there was a slight rip in the bag. At checkout they had an associate that also instructed me to pull my car around so he could load my purchase for me. I was so grateful for the amazing customer service experience I received!

Very clean and easy to find what I was looking for and very friendly staff.

A BIG shout out to Herb in the flooring dept at this location! After calling at least 10 different home improvement and/or tile stores I was able to get the ceramic tile slabs I needed cut to size for a small project! I bought the slabs at the Highland Ave location only to find out they couldn't cut them to the size I needed. 😔
I was a little disappointed I had to drive across town to have this done but Herb took care of me! ☺ If you need tile cut for a small project I recommend the Colerain Ave store! (This might be the only store in the area that will do it!) Thanks again Herb for your customer service!

I visited this store yesterday. Andrew in the paint department was So Helpful to provide advice about a couple of pending projects. His advice was different from my original plans, saving me some expense from having 'do overs'. He advised for one of my projects to paint a white bench I recently purchased. I showed him a picture of the bench and described the wood finish. I was going to use a regular foam roller. He suggested to use this microfiber roller pictured, that will adhere the paint better to the surface.
Another project is to paint the PVC/polyester fabric webbing on my patio chairs. I was going to spray paint these. Andrew advised that spray paint would eventually flake off. He suggested to get fabric paint from one of the craft stores since Lowes did not stock fabric paint. You have to know you're getting good advice when the employee refers you to a different store rather than just sell you what they have, then your project bombs.
Something else about this store is that they are Very Veteran Friendly. Lowes has registration for veteran discounts that is automatically calculated in your online purchase. This store also has reserved parking for veterans up front next to disabled parking. What a store, what a store.

Had a Great experience on Wednesday 2/8 visiting this store. Greeted as I walked in and walked back to appliances. Met with Carl Williams who assisted us with a New Stove. Everything was Fantastic. I will put this Store as my New Store

The people in appliances and flooring have been great to deal with.

Staff is always been friendly with me. Most are also Veterans and I can relate better with them than someone at Home Depot. Love going to this Lowe's.

Joyce at Colerain Lowe's is one of the most knowledgeable associates around. Any question she had the answer or found the answer. Tired to scan her QR to give her a 10 rating but was not able to read the code. Please acknowledge Joyce.

Lowes located @ Colerain employee named Ralph was/is very knowledgeable in electronics & domestic plumbing. After I explained my situation, he was very helpful how I could fix issues on my own w/o cutting corners & calling a service co.. Ralph saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you, Ralph!!
