The guys aren't so friendly. But, there is one lady that works there that's always so kind. In a world that's so mean, it means alot. I hope she sees this!

This is the best UPS store I've been to. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. They are great here and very patient.
Edit: just read some of the other reviews and the low reviews mostly have to do with UPS delivery trucks, not this store itself. I've been here probably 20 times in the past couple years and they've been nothing but great.

I love that the UPS store is my 1 stop to do all my business. I never have any problems and they make things so much easier. Doreen is always courteous and polite and professional. I was stressing about documents i needed to get notarized and mailed out and I thought I wouldn’t have time to get to my bank and back to mail them, I was so relieved when Doreen stated she was a notary too!

Omg some of these reviews are hilarious. Pack your boxes better and you won't have any broken goods and if it does break it's 90% of the time the delivery person dropping or throwing the package, not the clerks in the office.

This location is amazing. The staff are always polite and courteous and answer any questions I have. I must've shipped/returned close to 40 items or so and NEVER had any issues.

The fact that USPS picks up from this location is a huge plus, saving me a drive over to their location.

The staff at the UPS store in East Longmeadow is friendly and welcoming. They are always ready to help me box up my package and send it wherever I need. I had to return my free standing air conditioner, they were ready and helpful. Amazon returns, you got it! Sending a care package to my sister in Kentucky they were helpful in finding me the most cost effective and quick way! Across seas… no problem they will guide you to the right packaging and proper postage. I love going here to send my packages because I know they will be kind and won’t steer me wrong.

I went in on Saturday morning, Dec 10, 2022 to store 0964. I don't usually go to Ups, and was very unprepared for my transactions. It was quite busy, yet Barbara and everyone there were above and beyond helpful, respectful and calm. I had been stressed for other reasons, and the staff here made it a very pleasant experience.

Some of the reviews of this store are just ridiculous. Can't blame the store for postal or UPS shipping issues or losing your tracking number or incorrect pre-paid labels. If items are lost in shipping, the consumer should have insurance on expensive jewelry and such. I've been shipping things from this store for over a decade with no issues on the store's part. They are always friendly and professional, including packing items I bring in. I've also used them for notary issues. Really quick and professional. I drive from Springfield to go to this store as it is the best UPS store I've ever dealt with.

This has a low rating, but I’ve had my personal mailbox here for almost a decade, never had any issues. Staff is all very friendly, helpful and polite. Lines can get a little busy and long, but what do you expect? It’s much better than the post office.

I am very pleased with the packaging and shipping experience I had with the staff at this UPS Store! On 5/23/2016, I brought in a glass antique Asian piece of artwork I wanted shipped home. I had acquired it while visiting family in the area and was hesitant to take it on the plane with me. The gentleman working there - I think it was Brandon - went over all the options they had for wrapping it and ensuring its safe arrival. And when it arrived 5 days later, it was intact - the packaging was perfect and I have my artwork hanging in the house now! I am most grateful!

The quickest and most convenient service I’ve ever experienced at an UPS store. I’m not sure if it’s just the timing, location, employees or combination of all of the above.

Always do an amazing job helping me package and ship, giving the best deals/prices. 100x better than the post office... USPS wouldn't even let me use a piece of their tape at the desk, whereas UPS was literally trying to stop me from purchasing packing tape because he insisted on using their tape to wrap my packages. That right there is just a small example that symbolizes their customer service attitude compared to other places...

Workers were very competent and patient. The manager had a good sense of humor.

My husband gives the store a 5 star rating. he finds the staff very user friendly and helpful, especially Doreen. She has made numerous copies of documents for him, even during busy times, with a smile! She seems to enjoy her job and and customers.

Was waited in by David, who was a big help! He was very pleasant and accommodating. My experience was outstanding, and I will come to this UPS from now on because of the friendly service David gave!

So grateful for Eric and Barb helping me get my package out!! In these busy, understaffed times it’s nice to know that they are patient and kind and helpful!!! You guys rock!!

Larry and his staff are always helpful, thorough and courteous. They are always there to help me with my business needs. I have been doing business with them for many years and will continue doing business with them for many more.

I'm just glad to know I can do mostly everything here, that I need to get done, now that I don't have to go to the horrible Staples on Boston rd.Wish the one across the street never closed. The staff has always been friendly, patient and helpful.
