It's better than BIG Y when it comes to sales.

This review is for the curbside pickup service. I normally go to Big Y but missed the window for same day pickup. Stop & Shop has more flexible times so decided to try it. Everything went smoothly and the person (Nick) who brought me my groceries was very polite and professional. I wish they could accept tips so am leaving a review to recognize the service and this employee instead. I will be back because of the service.

i can usually find what i am looking for and new things as well. but apparently you dont carry frozen roasted corn which is disappointing

I love stop and shop. I worked there when I was younger and happy it was a union shop. The store is always clean and up to date. They had their struggles during the pandemic, but are generally fair priced and well stocked.

I love this store. I’ve been shopping at this store for 26 years. It’s always well-stocked and prices are much better than the over-priced grocery store across the street. I’ve never had a problem with any employees, but I’ve seen plenty of customers being rude. Customers need to calm down and get over themselves. STOP being rude to store employees. They work hard and put up with so much ridiculous behavior. That being said, bravo to the hard working employees at Stop & Shop! A loyal customer.

Prices were great and the employees were amazing! The cashier bagged my stuff up so nicely keeping everything organized and even used a rubber band to secure my eggs! Than another employee came to help me bring my 2 carts out to my car and load my trunk. They really went above and beyond. Thanks I will be using this location from now on !

Looked really nice for Valentine’s Day. I picked up some chocolate covered strawberries and they were delicious!!
I love this store. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Seems to have improved recently. I heard there’s a new store manager. So far so good! I’ve been a shopper here for several years.

I got stuff from bakery and was back in my truck in 5 minutes the day before easter,talk about being on the ball ,good job stop and shop staff,I was in a hurry and thought it was going to take forever,but it didn't,thank you so much

This is a wonderful and friendly bank to visit with staff and take care of your financial transactions. This is a family oriented institution. What I want all to know is they care. Open an account and find out for yourself. Pam and Jen are true queens of finance. They care I know this to be true. Saying this publicly is a must for me. Thank you on this Thanksgiving Day.

Everything has gone up in price. At least they still use plastic bags which is great because the paper bags rip but they don’t charge like Big Y does.

In the Springfield metropolitan area this is the best supermarket around. The prices are good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was in the produce dept. looking for a freshly made up veggie pladder that i needed for another 5 days from the day I was visiting the store. They had plenty of veggie platters made that were fresh already. Though I needed mine for a future date. I asked an associate if they had a platter that was made today. Went & got manager for me. Luis was the produce manager on duty & was very professional. Then politely made me a veggie platter. Actually saw him grab the veggies right off the shelves to cut them up. I was very happy with how I was treated by the manager Luis. I highly recommend this Stop & Shop in East Longmeadow. I will always get my produce there & recommend this store to anyone in the area

I've been shopping here for many years. I find the store clean and well-stocked and the new scanning guns with the new checkout area makes paying very easy and quick. Finally, the gas points program really saves me money on gas. Oh, and I think the prices are lower than the Big Y across the street.

Stop & shop is great, I just don't shop here regularly because it's more expensive for the things I buy on a regular basis.

It's ALWAYS clean, that is my one major observance and the one most appreciated.

Also, I do shop the reduced produce section just about every time I'm there.
I have critters to feed that benefit. Because it's still in good condition I can get their treats at a discount.

I pickup my moms prescriptions here. The staff in the pharmacy are very helpful. The employees were very good during the strike. I had to cross the picket line to get to the pharmacy and they were very pleasant

Great Stop and Shop. Good diversity of products, very cheer and clean and happy helpful staff.

I go there because l know the place and where everything is. Usually not busy in the morning when l like to shop. Clean and bright. The pharmacy is very good too.,

Great grocery store. Lower prices than Big Y which is regional competition. Always someone available that can help or answer a question. Will special order a variety of a brand they have in store. Alway have a great deal on fresh baked bagels.

Through this crisis that we are experiencing Stop & Shop in East Longmeadow has really made the ease of shopping not hectic calming I'm going over and Beyond and making sure that everything is sanitized 6 feet apart customer service for any questions it's all going smoothly and I want to commend them and their staff for their excellent job they're giving us
