He was kind, and funny, and genuinely warm. He made us feel like we were the only ones in the place. And the latte was great. One of the best Starbucks I’ve been in, and that’s a lot because I’m addicted to coffee haha.

My go to spot to get my family Starbucks. But the location leaves it less desirable. Parking might be rough. Other then that if you hit it at the right times and your in and out.

Just had coffee. Coffee was good. Go there now and then. Will go there again.

New to the area and have been visiting this location the last couple of weeks. Customer service has been exceptional and all the staff have been very friendly. Drinks are always prepared great. Seems like it’s a pretty busy location so some people get frustrated waiting but what can you do? There’s a line for a reason. Props to all the staff for working calm under pressure from some disgruntled customers.

Nice and cozy good for a sunny hot day as they serve excellent lemonade. The staff is very attentive and always gets your order just as you asked. On top of all these great features there is free wifi which is any tech users dream.

I often drive here from Longmeadow because the staff are very friendly and fast as well as not putting things out of stock on order ahead. I super appreciate them for that.

Very good coffee and a great place to meet up with friends and clients. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is back as of my 9/12/18 visit and it is better than ever. Friendly staff and fresh, hot coffee drinks in a great environment.

The service there is very good but expect a wait since they closed the Starbucks on rt 190. I have to say that the staff there is very accommodating! I hope you experience the same. Enjoy!

Love this starbucks. I used to drive 15 minutes out of way everyday to come here. The staff is great and they always greet with a smile. Thanks Starbucks staff for always being fantastic

The East longmeadow Starbucks gets 👍👍👍👍👍. The atmosphere is peaceful and casual. Plus the pumpkin bread is the "bomb".... That means tasty for you no understanding ebonics people. Plus the environment around there is nice. You can take a peaceful walk, or sit outside and soak up some vitamin c(sun rays). Customer service gets a A+

My favorite location,people, favorite coffee!!! But now more people are being hired and my coffee tastes nasty now, makes me want to quit drinking coffee. Well that might help me save$2500 a year 😂🙏🏻🙏🏻😂 thank you to the new People ✌🏼

The store is really clean, has restroom, Wi-Fi. You can also place order online and drive there to pick your stuff up ( usually 5-6 minutes only), really convenient imo)
The employees are nice, pay attention to customers and their bartending is simply the best. I recommend the short white guy and short blonde hair girl ( I only get to see them and I really pleased with their beverage, sorry if I miss a lot of good or even better individuals)
TL/DR : want go to heaven ? Simply choose the frappuchino ultimate caramel. It will literally make you ascend, especially if you have diabetes.

UPDATE: I love to be corrected!! Bella completely took a negative and turned it into a positive. Great turnaround.
OLD: The group that was there around 5 today did not care, more specifically Bella then her male co worker whom thought it was ok to judge customers...... Back to Bella, I was waiting on my Mother to make a choice but was pushed by an impatient rude young lady(Bella). Then I asked for bannana nut bread for my wife, which is assumed or offered toasted, in this case it was cold, so I asked for it toasted, but I was told, "Its not Starbucks custom to warm it since it not on the computer"...... Being the 2nd rude event, I asked for a mangers number, I was provided with a number that was to the local location........Followed by the young having a debriefing with her co worker, they returned 5 minutes later informing the district manager didnt have a number..............

The only drive thru starbucks in the area but it takes longer than normal if you go inside because of it. Their clover machine makes great brewed coffee and their espresso drinks are great. Depite their reputation Starbucks prices are actually pretty comprable to DD in alot of drinks some even cheaper.

Love this place! They're typically pretty quick, rarely make mistakes, and remedy them fast when they do. The location is also pretty convenient for anyone out and about or running errands.

The staff here are on top of their game! This is one of the busiest Starbucks in western mass and these women and men that work at the East Longmeadow Starbucks are very quick and savvy. Just to name a few of them; Kate, Kathryn, and Sophi are some world star baristas!

This location is my favorite for all my Starbucks needs. Baristas are always very attentive, friendly and always have my order ready in no time
