Great selection of products. Very clean and organized. And the staff are great. Always helpful. This is my go too grocery store.

This may be the most expensive place to grocery shop, but the quality of the food is better than the competition, and the employees always seem upbeat which is a credit to the corporate culture.

The freshest seafood you can get. Besides fishing it yourself 🐠🐟. Delicious choices ranging from crab clusters, tuna , haddock, sushi. Always made daily.

Customer service was very prompt & answered my questions the best she could have.

Can fine fresh vegetables/fruits
Big Y is my place to go for ice cream. I can't have milk, and this is the only place that carries oatmeal ice cream, and it's delicious.
Prices, in general, are more expensive than Walmart.

Very Professional and courteous to me. Pleasant and Helpful. I love the store. No Complaints. They always help me and assist me with Chart, Groceries, or whatever I need. The Big Y on St. James cannot compare to the one in Longmeadow MA. It is NOT Professional and very UGLY attitudes. Will NOT go again. I have tried them several times, NO MORE.

With new management there they have gotten so much better. The donuts are the best there. They’re fresh and so full of flavor with lots of jelly inside. When they have their tres leches cake it’s the bomb.
Stop & Shop definitely doesn’t have that cake and they said all you have to go to the bakery no you just have to get it at big Y.
Always good sales going on and everything is fresh. Especially when you go into the seafood department it doesn’t smell like fish. Stop & Shop in EL always smells like dead fish it is the biggest turn off ever.

Best fresh Strawberries that last, stop n shops strawberries go bad within a couple of days.

I use your big y cooler bags when I shop. The only issue I have is the baggers seldom zip them closed. The trick with cooler bags is they don't cool if they are not zipped. Other than that I enjoy shopping at this Big Y. Thank you for being there when you customers needed you most!

Always a good experience at Big Y. The online coupons are annoying though, just give the discount to everyone without having to download something. Miss the coins and the slot machine.

The man at the sushi counter at this particular big y location make the most impeccable poké bowls. I would even say he produces the sushi bowl of my dreams. I drive by not one, but two big y locations to get to this one Big Y- purely for his spicy tuna. 10/10-broke the scale!

Always clean,best fruits and vegetables around they are all so perfectly stacked and fresh it almost looks fake,they looked so good I bought way more than I needed because I have never seen such perfect fruits and vegetables,and I went in to buy the ready to eat fried chicken and pot pies and left with 2 bags of fruits and vegetables lol ,I won't buy my fruits and vegetables anywhere except there from now on ,GREAT JOB , absolutely beautiful produce department!

This BigY has a beautiful floral section, fresh produce and is stocked pretty well considering the empty shelves I've been seeing at multiple food stores. I go to multiple different BigY's depending on where my errands are for the day. Certain BigY's do carry items that others do not. The only BigY I don't recommend is Sixteen Acres. Southwick, East Longmeadow, Longmeadow and Palmer are all wonderful.

Awesome place. Always fresh fruit. Fresh meat and seafood. Just a clean place overall. You may expect to pay higher prices for similar items you can get cheaper elsewhere, such as tuna fish cans, oatmeal, eggs, etc. However, the things other stores don't offer, this place does at a reasonable price. The bakery is delicious (Seriously.. Try it.) They have a pizza shoppe and deli! Always check the circular for their deals and you'll make out good.

Had an amazing experience at EL store. I ordered a pizza and it was amazing. Employees were exceptional Kirsten and Michael. Very personable, friendly and both had great customer service.

My family loves Big Y. It's been our go to grocery store my entire life. Whenever we have to go to another store chain it doesn't feel like we are getting the quality items or experience we have grown to love Big Y. The butcher manager was incredibly helpful with key cuts we were looking for this past holiday. Dan was eager to make suggestions and provided options for my meal plan but also offer up cooking instructions to help us individuals with more modest culinary skills. When you add in the newer Table and Vine section with an impressively enormous selection, it makes it a no brainier and an incredibly convenient one stop grocery/package store combo. Plus hard to find a better prepared (grab and go option) outside of the Big Y Fresh Acres location but the Wilbraham location is bridging that gap.
