My coffee is always waiting for me when I get there. that's all i ask for. Had to switch to this location after another dunkin' closer to me couldn't handle making the same coffee, same time, every day with 30 minutes heads up.

If time does not matter to you, boss doesn’t care about you being late and you don’t mind waiting 15 minutes to receive a large coffee or medium or whatever you’re choosing that morning… than this is the destination for coffee you need to go to… the way, the cashier stares blankly at you, like they have no idea what they were doing, completely boosts your morale for the upcoming day. If you fancy yourself a bagel or beverage. Don’t worry this Dunkin’ Donuts will help you possibly stumble upon something new you may not have tried before due to receiving the wrong order. This place is a diamond in the rough. The best part about this place is the older group of fellas That greet you in the morning and talk about their days past knowing that one day I too, shall be there age enjoying retirement.

The staff was very nice. And it was really quick, but they did forget one thing. My sister was in a rush and couldn't go back.

a very convenient location for Dunkin. i was in and out in minutes compared to other bkfst stops. my food was hot and the coffee, well we all know how yummy it is. myst visit when your in center of town. the staff was incredibly nice .👍👍

We happened to stop in on "Donut Day" so we were each given a free donut. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The girls were very pleasant and personable. It was not crowded at the time, which helps a lot.

This is one of the busiest Dunkin Donuts shops I've seen, busier than the ones in the heart of Springfield, and i think the staff handles it exceedingly well. The morningtime sees customers parking at the lot in the field, at the neighbouring travel agency,Chinese food place, Walgreens, the library, etc and walking over, yet the line moves like lightening. It is usually very clean and the sugar straws and napkins are kept well stocked. The lack of drive thru certainly sucks but it's some kind of town ordinance and there is nothing that they (the corporate office) can do about it. Given the option,they would not choose to limit sales, i can assure you. But who cares, go inside and appreciate the unique lounge like setup, you wont regret it

The employees are very wonderful, kind and they make my coffee PERFECT, every time💖💖💖 Love them! They all deserve raises! Lol

Very nice workers! Got in just before they closed to by gift card. Even though it was so close to closing both women were very polite and kind.

Great new flavor cold brew ice coffee. Chocolate cherry swirl. No more hazel nutswirl for me. Very professional Associates. Always a pleasant greeting with a big smile

Top grossing dunkin restaurant in the state with some of the best coffee makers in the state. Same street as the high school so you know its a big destination for all students before and after school

East Longmeadow Dunk in is ALWAYS GREAT. They ALL are polite and know how to smile.

I go every morning to donuts and there food and beverages are amazing. I would definitely recommend going here.
