I want to say thanks to two associates in the Canton store this morning. Julia and Brandon were working hard. Unpacking boxes and stocking shelves and took the time to say good morning and hello and had smiles on their faces. Great customer service!

I made a purchase prior to me coming back to use my Kohl’s cash. Unknowingly my Kohl’s cash had been redeemed, but not by myself. The sales associate Daya was able to give me information to call the reward center. They were able to compensate me for my Kohl’s cash. It was very much appreciated.

11/26- I was there for a package pick up, had no intention of purchasing anything, but of course, came across too many great deals! I didn’t have my charge card with me and you can always do a charge look up- but Daya walked me through the process on the App where I can use the bar code! This was fabulous- that’s great customer service!

My Kohl’s is under some remodeling but people were helpful when I asked questions.

I love shopping at the Kohl's Canton location. It's a neat & tidy store. They nearly always have what I am looking for. The employees are helpful, resourceful and very friendly. Finally Kohl’s has great sales, coupons & Kohl’s cash, all fabulous ways to save!

Liked the refresh on the Kohl’s store. It does not seem as cluttered. The seals-check-outs may be helpful with the long lines.

I love shopping at the Kohl's Canton Ford Rd location so much better than the Westland one it has more stuff in stock love all the sales and it even has self checkout which is a plus and the workers are friendly

Was greeted by associate when entering. Went to the two departments I needed to visit and had a quick checkout with courteous cashier.

I went to the Kohl's on Michigan while the store on Ford Rd was being renovated. I love both store although the Ford Rd store is closer to me.

Recently visited this Kohls because I had Kohls cash. Love the layout of this store. Sephora is in an entire separate area and looked well stocked, even though I didn’t see any Philosophy perfume. The lady at the cashier was very friendly greeting me as I browsed even though she was ringing up a customer. The clothes departments seemed to be more well stocked than the Kohl’s store near my home. They had a buy one get one 50% off sale going on with other items discounted as well. The appliance area, cookware area and bedroom area were so stocked things were leaning out of the shelves. They also had a mini area with items for pets. I didn’t see a Hallmark card section but it’s possible it was on the side of the store I didn’t get to. As the check out line got longer another cashier immediately opened. The cashier I had was very friendly and patient, taking time to explain something to the customer in front of me. Plenty of parking as well. The only issue I have is it’s on Ford Road which gets quite busy but there is an exit onto Sheldon road. Great job at this location!

The store had what I was looking for and needed to purchase. The associates were very helpful and friendly.

Haven't been to Kohls in over 5 years! So happy to see major design improvements. There is a much better selection and brands now than there was 5 years ago. They have some nice brands like Nine West women clothing, Adidas and few other good brands. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I come here all the time to get clothes and many other items, and Khols has it all! The only problem I have is finding things in such a big store. But their helpful informative staff always help me find my way around!

Kohl's is my favorite place to shop! I usley shop on line because I don't drive and it's difficult for me to get rides to be able to go into my favorite place for shopping. I usley shop at the Kohl's store in Westland. But if I order online they usually direct me to the Kohl's in Canton. It's a little further away from my house, but if I can save the shipping fee and I can also get a 5$ Kohl's cash, completely worth going!
