AT&T Store

I highly recommend this AT&T store. I’ve had two visits in the last six months and have received incredible customer service. Both Josh and Eric were extremely helpful and assisting me in transitioning my iPad to a much better plan. Even though I live two towns away, I will continue to come here whenever I need assistance with my AT&T devices.

Josh and Caleb were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and patient with the many questions we had. They were very good at continuing to help us and tending to other customers as well. They were very impressive with their knowledge and customer service.

I visited the store a few weeks ago to get help with a billing error, buy an Apple Watch and iPad. I worked with Eric and he was incredibly helpful resolving my issue and helping me minimize my additional costs. The whole team was incredibly nice and thoughtful. Thank you for all your help. Great experience at This store today. Staff was friendly and efficient. Worked with Eric who has been my go to guy for years now. Was able to upgrades two phones in no time. Josh also came over to help expedite the process. They are both great guys and wildly entertaining. Would definitely recommend stopping by this store.

Eric and Josh were both awesome. I was worried this was going to take multiple hours but Eric set me up with a new line and device and got me rolling out of there within an hour. Every time I upgraded at T Mobile, the process took forever. Glad I made the switch.

I can honestly say I have never had a pleasant experience at an AT&T store until I walked into the Avon store. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and even pleasant. They knew what I was looking for, no frills, and they helped me out in record time, PLUS they helped me save money. I'll honestly only go to this branch from now on even though it's out of the way. I called ahead and was helped by Eric F to get the iPhone 14 Pro. I talked with other stores including Verizon and almost all were sold out but this location had the 256gb deep purple which is exactly what I was looking for. Eric was fantastic! He gave the complete rundown and did everything to give me the best deal possible for my plan. Not to mention he’s a great guy and we had a good talk about our interests like music and baseball! I’ve had bad experiences in other phone stores but this went very smooth!

IPhone froze doing an IOS16. update. I did all the suggested methods for unfreezing to no avail. Eric at the ATT Avon store was aware of this issue and immediately proceeded to solve it. He was successful. His patience and knowledge were evident and exercised. I had to give him a hug....so relieved. Thank you Eric! Hang onto this fellow ATT!

Had problem with galaxy phone and went there to get it replaced. Pablo Nieves was there right away to help us and he even helped s lower our monthly bill and utilize the current discounts to afford new cellphones with hardly any additional cost. He was so polite, knowledgeable and was able to resolve all our questions and problems we had with our cell phones. 5 stars for outstanding customer service provided by Pablo Nieves! 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Just had the best experience at this ATT Canton store, and it is because of Eric an his Team! I have never experienced customer service like this! Andre was AMAZING, he was patient and kind and answered every question I had and made sure everything was in good order before I left. The rest of the team was also ready to help and assist. This team of employees is exceptional! I cannot thank them enough! Left feeling like family. 🤗🤗

Great experience and customer service! Went to upgrade phone and were helped immediately. They were able ti transfer all data from my old phone and even out the new screen protector on. We were helped by the manager, would highly recommend!

Have had some challenges getting AT&T TV set up after being in a different AT&T store. Came to Canton and Pablo Nieves was so helpful. Got me set up with the service I wanted and made sure that everything was working before letting me walk out. He was very knowledgeable and so kind throughout the whole interaction. I’ll be using this store for all my business going forward.

Online Customer care sent me 2 phones and charged me for it. Returning 1 became a mess. After wasting a good 5 hrs talking to at least 8. Different reps I stopped by here. Even though the process was not straight forward they helped me. I appreciate that. I bought accessories just to return the favor. My go to shop from now on.

I come to this AT&T store often and have great experiences every time! I always look to work with Josh because he is so helpful and personable. I recently purchased the iPhone 11 and he made the process very easy and enjoyable. Also, he took a lot of time to perfectly put the screen protector onto my phone, which I appreciated a lot. (background) I have had Sprint, now T-Mobile since the beginning of cell phones and have always had good service with them. Until recently, I’m no longer able to get service in my apartment and in other areas where I was before. They said it was the sim card. I switched to new card and the service was worse.
Frustrated, I called the AT&T store in Canton and spoke with James about coverage issues and cost. In store, he worked through entire process of setting up new phone; transferring old. He not only, spent time reviewing new plan and coverage options with me, he found savings in overall process. He was patient, kind, thorough, and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend AT&T, the difference in cell service/timely receipt of messages is excellent. -KP-

The rep was wonderful. He helped
me and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was wonderful and gave me choices and helped me make a decision. He was really nice and genuinely happy to help me.

Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable and spent a fair amount of time with us, we left the store very satisfied. We know we can go back to him with any questions or issues in the future and he will take care of us!!

Fast and friendly service. Our costumer rep., Josh, was very knowledgable and responsive to our needs. Actually, it's the second time in several years that he has helped us with our account modifications, and both times he was great. Always a pleasure to be treated like a valued customer.
