Five Guys

As far as "fast food" burgers go, hands down the best. Better than most restaurants or even home made.

That said, inflation is real and Five guys has gotten very expensive. Lunch for 2 was $40.

Five stars for five guys. What you'd expect. Solid food, comes out quick, clean facilities, friendly staff. No issues. Been here a few times, always satisfied.

I usually go to this Five Guys a couple times a month. I do pick-up orders and place my order online or over the phone. My order is always ready quickly and given to me hot. Remember when picking up an order that you will be waiting a few extra minutes for fries, because they are made fresh just for you. I haven't experienced any mistakes with my order and my food is always delicious. Staff here is great - every employee I've encountered, whether over the phone or when picking up my order, has served me with a positive attitude and a smile. Great spot.

This is for the guy at the counter on 7/20/2023 at around 5pm. He was wearing red I think.

The gentleman at the cashier that took our order and made our food was absolutely unbelievable. He was such a warm and inviting person. He was the only one on the floor. There was a lady that came out later with a black shirt but this guy handled everything so professional. I will go back just because of this guy. He made our food great and took our order with speed and respect. So good to see people like this still exist in fast food. Please hire more people like him.

They have great hamburgers and super fries
The person taking our order was more than helpful with my GLUTEN ALLERGY..and made it an enjoyable meal

Five guys really has GREAT burgers. When you walk in, you get in line, order your food
(have someone grab a table) the wait is not too bad, even when it is busy.
The meat is fatty but that's what's makes the burger so juicy..the fat content is what makes or breaks a burger. The fries are excellent just tell them easy on the salt, unless you like SALTY fries. I would say Five guys is a couple steps above Wendy's for burgers & frys.
Not sure what else they have on the menu. Sorry.
If you love a good burger made fresh, this is a great place to eat.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone coming in or leaving was greeted. The employees actually look and sound like they care. I'm visiting from Atlanta so I'm not used to seeing this from a Five Guys. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The manager on duty was all over the restaurant. Cleaning tables, speaking with customers, then back in the back to help with the lunch rush. The staff looked like they enjoyed working with him so that's always nice to see. Pretty good place overall.

First time I've been the Five Guys in Avon. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was very nice. When I'm down that way again, I'll definitely be going back.

Great burgers and love their fries! Thick cut and greasy - delicious. I love the peanuts in the shell to munch on while waiting for your food to be fresh cooked. Parking convenient and nearby, attentive staff, clean and consistent quality - try it !

Always enjoy a quick burger from 5 Guys. Ironically, there was only 4 guys working, but my fare was better than fair. Consistent and quick. Much better than a typical fast food though. Try your burger with "the works". Makes it so big it's hard to get your mouth around it. LOL....

My husband and I wanted something quick and relatively inexpensive, and he had a huge craving for a chocolate shake. We got all that and more because the workers were friendly, the food was fast and fresh, burgers made exactly our way, and we could wind down from a very stressful day!!

Went there on a Friday afternoon around 3pm the women with the black shirt and the burgundy hair made sure my burger was the way I wanted, I’ve been Coming to this location for years but the service was never like what it is now. I love the bacon milkshake yummm.

This place never fails to hit it out of the park. Not only is the food fantastic, but you can't help but feel like every staff member (especially the manager) truly enjoys life! So friendly, so relaxed, so customer service oriented, so stress free. It really is a pleasure dining here.

The burgers and fries fries were nice and hot. The bacon is nice and crunchy. The diet coke has too much seltzer taste.

oh my gosh- i absolutely love this place. Since I moved to CT its been my number 1 place to go for dinner or lunch. The fries are absolutely delicious & their bacon cheese dogs are to die forrr! you get everything quickly, you order, sit, eat some peanuts and wah-la theirs your food. It's quick and good. Love this place!!

I was pleased with the new design. It works much better. The group of ppl that work in Avon work really well together. It's nice to see ppl enjoying thier job and each other. Fresh not frozen burgers are the best ,bring your wallet cause this trip will cost you.

The staff was absolutely amazing! It can't be easy doing what they're doing during this time. We appreciate it and loved their upbeat attitudes! Food is amazing as usual

Every time I get a burger made by Jamal and Barbara to go it's not greasy, it's neat, bacon's crispy. I wish it was always them making the to go's because sometimes other people make them and they're squashed and dripping wet. Thanks folks!

The way they cool all their burgers are the best around. Better quality than any other place. And you can customize your burger any way you want!
