Saved my relationship with Big Red! Without going into too much of the backstory, my first ever trade-in for the brand new Samsung s23 promotion went sideways immediately. The website could not identify either phone during the trade-in process even though they had been verified before my purchase. Fortunately the manager and assistant manager were able to pull this dumpster fire together and I've been getting my bill credits successfully since March 2023.

Christina is awesome. I've been having ongoing issues with Verizon for months on one issue, and weeks on another. She spent almost 3 hours with me on site in the store to get it all resolved. Very helpful and super nice, wish I could just use her for everything with Verizon lol. Thank you again!

This Verizon store rocks and the staff is really knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating! George helped me with an issue with a new phone and knew I had to get back to West Hartford to show houses and I needed my phone! Today I went back in since I could not sync my Apple Watch with the new phone and Cirian could not have been helpful… THANK YOU Verizon Avon!!!!

Daniel was awesome in helping me with not only the purchase of a new phone, but also helped troubleshoot my account issues with the transfer of a line and my account details. He was able to fix everything with my account in seconds, and professionally helped me with the purchase of a new phone. They are taking safety precautions very seriously, are super friendly, and very helpful. Thanks Dan, and Rock!

I stopped in to check on getting my phone glass replaced. The store employees were very helpful, and answered all of my questions, and more.
They helped me lower my bill by switching over to family coverage on my phone protection. **Covers all four of my phones, as well as getting VPN and spam call coverage.
I'd highly recommend this store to anyone!

We switched from Sprint to Verizon a few weeks ago and it was the best decision we made. The manager of the store and staff were so helpful answered all questions as well as helped me and my family with upgrading to our new phones putting on our screen protectors and cases. They were such a pleasure to work with we never experienced such great customer service at Sprint. I highly recommend going to this Verizon store in Avon!

Will the Manager and his staff were very helpful, they got us the best deal and taught us so much about our plans and iPhones and answered all of our annoying questions and handled it well. Highly recommended if your ready for a upgrade

The Avon Verizon never fails to deliver across the board. Fast, friendly, and helpful associates, always in stock of what I've gone for. We've been going to this location since it opened. I wish all Verizon stores were of this caliber but they are not. The Avon Verizon is a gem. I truly hope it stays this way.

Excellent service and quick response to resolve my phone issue! My only question would be why was I directed online to make an appointment for a specific time when it seemed like customers were assisted in the order they arrived, whether appointment or walk in?

Great customer service, got new phones (for about what you expect) in quick time. Had to make a change the next day, got service just as fast from another employee. Good all around.

So I went to setup a new Verizon account at a 3rd party store, and it was an awful experience. So I ended up coming to this location looking for answers. The guys down here are absolutely amazing. They're super helpful and offered me an instant solution. 100% recommend.

I just went into this store thinking I needed a new phone because my charger port wasn't working. George and another person I didn't get his name cleaned out the charger port for me and saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to get a new phone. This was great customer service thank you guys

My phone battery bit the dust, and couldn't hold a charge for more than a few hours. The rep I worked with helped me navigate the process of getting it replaced- it was super easy.

George was amazing! He was patient with our decision making process and helped transfer old info to the new phone, while being professional and friendly.

Staff was very helpful and once you get through wait, was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
