Big Lots

This location is beautiful, the store is bright, the shelves are always fully stocked with great items. The staff is always helpful. I always find new cool items for home and the office.

Always have great deals and everyone i have spoken to in this location has been super friendly and super helpful

Clean store and great selection

This was one of the nicest Big Lots stores that I have been to: well organized, friendly employees.

Had to make an unexpected furniture purchase. Gabby helped make the purchase less stressful. Two hours later, two other employees, I did not get their names, helped load the items for transport. All three employees made the whole situation better with understanding the situation and the help given us.

Isaiah was a great cashier! Today was 20% off all items and it's the BEST place to buy Lacroix!

Ive never really shopped at Big Lots till I lived in Columbus. I was so impressed with this store!! Great name-brand athletic clothing, furniture, household goods and even food. One stop shop! The cashiers are just incredibly slow, otherwise I love this place.

Cleanest of all of their locations. I'm sure it has nothing to do with their HQ being only 2 miles away! But, it is a pleasant shopping experience. We'll stocked by a friendly staff. What you find is hit or miss, but that's pretty much the concept.

Such a great experience. Got an incredible deal on some furniture, and the last time we bought furniture from big lots it turned into our favorite and most comfortable piece that lasted almost ten years! Craig was legit crazy helpful and friendly and couldn't be more appreciative.

So I just had my first experience going into this Big Lots and I have to say not only because it's new but it's also probably one of the best Big Lots in the area. While they were busy the checkout line moved pretty quickly. They had a huge selection of anything and everything that you needed things that you didn't know you needed and things that you probably didn't need but you ended up buying anyhow oh. Maybe that's just me LOL. Overall the store is very clean oh, the prices are very good, again great selection a Goods. This location does self furniture as well as clothes. Make sure you sign up for their member perks I guess you get discounts after so much money being spent which is awesome who doesn't love a good deal. As of now August 2021 / September 2021 Hamilton Road is doing a lot of construction so just be aware and getting in and out might be a little difficult. They do have an entrance from both Morse Road and from Hamilton. But neither of those locations have lights so making a left out of there might be a little tricky you might actually want to drive up behind the building and go towards Meijer and you'll be able to make a left onto Hamilton. There's plenty of parking oh, you can see it from both Hamilton and Morse Road. It's in a small shopping center with a pet store and a dollar store and some other small stuff, located behind the McDonald's and the Olive Garden.

The store is always clean. They keep it well stocked. The staff is typically very nice. They also always have good deals.

Love this location. You can always find something new. It is always clean and organized and the associates are great.

I love this store so much. This is the best Big Lots in Columbus. Great staff and has lots of different items.
