Kroger

Stoneridge: Just want to share my experience. I was in the floral department when a kind young lady approached me and asked how my day was and if there was anything she could do to help me. She had her hands full with beautiful flowers, but still showed me genuine kindness. That was so refreshing. I don’t remember her name but I asked if she was the manager, she smiled and said she had only been there a few weeks but really enjoyed her job in floral. She had long black hair. I just want to say thank you.
Side note for the store: your public bathroom is really in need of care. Three times I’ve gone in there the checkoff sheet you have on the wall is initialed but it is terrible/dirty. No TP, no seat covers. It needs a overall deep clean.

I don’t usually write reviews for grocery stores. But I had such a great experience at this location yesterday evening. I was looking for a smaller piece of pork shoulder because on the meat display they only had huge slabs. The man working the meat department went to the back and took the time to find me the smallest pork shoulder slab. He weighed each available one in the back to find the smallest one for me. It was awesome. I really appreciate him taking the time to find me the smallest one. Then when I went to check out my friend and I were sharing a cart. The two gentlemen working register 9 were very patient with us as we divided up our order on the conveyor belt. Then the bagger took the time to tie my bags in a knot so I would be able to tell my groceries apart from my friend’s groceries. I can’t get over how helpful everyone was at this location. It was awesome.The overall customer service I received at this store was amazing. If I’m ever on this side of town again and I need groceries, I’ll definitely stop at this location again.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to get flowers for her friend whose mother died. There was a guy working in the flower area. He put bouquets together for us. We didn’t expect to have a person there, especially during the pandemic. I think his name was Chris. Thanks so much. :)

Kroger has great produce, flowers, bakery, meats, frozen foods and lots of choices. The prices are reasonable, not always the lowest price but not overly charging for goods. The selves are stocked, the store is in great shape and the people are consistently friendly folk.

The Kroger Boost is awesome. My delivery was great. Everything was temperature controlled. Delivery was on time. Delivery driver Christy was great. They picked comparable replacements.

I like to shop at Kroger’s. However, the best part is their employees. I recently had my automatic key go dead and I was due to pick my grandson. I found the batteries I needed however I had to have a screw Driver. Sherry and Shaylee both searched so hard to find one. The best grocery store in Ohio

The atmosphere of this Krogers was very nice and quiet. When I'm here at 7:40 p.m, it's nice to have that quiet air to the store. It makes my shopping spree easier and faster. Everyone was nice and very polite!

I love this Kroger. Everyone polite courteous from customer service and register people. Pharmacy staff excellent. Professional and helpful and they go above and beyond with their customer service. Helped me transfer numerous prescriptions for better pricing.

Always find what we need

I'm from northeast ohio and I'm jealous that there's no Kroger stores up here. This is a very nice store with some nice prepared food and meat selections.

Best Place n very awesome associates. Always helping and much better then all supermarket.. very well organized and all items are better in quality than Walmart or aldi and also prices are cheaper over weekend..

This location has the nicest people! Every time I go and interact with anyone working here, especially the cashiers, they are so genuinely nice and friendly.

This Krogers is absolutely amazing to the pharmacies the best part of it all they make sure me and my father's meds are there every month including my sons in the older guy that works in the pharmacy is the best he's helped my family in ways I couldn't even imagine and I'm very grateful for him so I definitely recommend that Krogers 100%

Great place to shop. Always clean, full friendly service that has cashiers and baggers. Thank you Krogers for continuing to employ our youth.
