Giant Eagle Supermarket

Wish I lived closer to this store again, but always happy to shop here when I am in the area - the selection is great, and I love the new store setup. Checkout was a breeze before with the 'Scan Pay Go' option, but now even self checkout is better. My only wish is to see the 2 tier carts like the Giant Eagle Market District stores have - they're much roomier. But that's minor of course. I wish the store closer to my house was as nice and had the extensive selection this one does.

Clean and Organized and easy to navigate through to shop and I am excited because I found my mother's favorite ingredient for her potato salad T-Marzetti potato salad dressing! Very helpful and friendly staff.

The day Center Program ordered us Fried Chicken for Soul Food Tuesday for Black History Month and the Fried Chicken was good

This location was clean, not crowded, even though there was self checkout, Mostly, all were open. In and out quickly and customer service is always great.

Tara made us the most perfect baby shower cake. She did it by hand because their printer was down. She is truly talented and is such a sweet lady!!

I go this Giant Eagle when in the Gahanna area. Store is always clean. This store is different than the Stelzer Road store. I like this store in Gahanna, but they don't offer the hot take in go counter.

Their prices are reasonable and they have my Pure Leaf Lemonade tea at a cheaper price than even Walmart!

Great supermarket and pharmacy with lots of offers and deals, including ones for the nearby Giant Eagle Gas Station. Has a Huntington Bank inside of it, and includes a pharmacy and health services. Even has WiFi! Definitely would recommend.

We were so excited to find a hometown favorite here, Smiths hotdogs! We bought a bunch to bring back to Tennessee!

High compared to Walmart, I go because it's close to my house. I can find some stuff on sale from time to time.

The only place in town with the Ric Flair energy drinks...sad the one across the street from me don't even have them or know anything about it

Good pricing, great location, very clean & organized, good service. The produce department is headed & staffed by truly knowledgeable, caring & service-oriented people and the produce is above average. Check-out staff is much reduced and self check-out stations are plentiful.

Excellent choices on deli and the people are wonderful and helpfulness is A+

Shelves are always stocked and the store is clean with helpful employees.

Ordered a cake with a family house photo on it. It came our beautifully. Family loved it!

We have used Curbside Pickup for almost 3 years. The staff has always been very helpful and polite. I wish the website would tell me if an item is out of stock, so the shoppers don't have to text me to offer a replacement. The info on here also says delivery is available. I believe that is incorrect.
I also like the points to use for gas discounts. They seem to accumulate faster than Kroger's.

The store is always clean. I had a great experience with the manager, Chris, in seafood on Sunday, April 11, after an incident with one of his employees. Also, the cashier, Abby, was friendly and personable during my visit.

The online order was easy, pickup was easy & the few substitutions were agreeable. The only thing that I would change is clarity on the pricing on the website. If Lean Cuisines are 5 for $10.00 apparently they want you to get 5 of the same flavor for that price. I dont think most people want that. A mix and match would be more desirable. Instead I was charged $2.99 x 5, which about $5.00 more!

I regularly do curbside pickup orders at this location, and have never been disappointed! Shoppers actively text me while they’re fulfilling
my orders to inform me about out of stock items, and send pictures of suggested alternatives to ensure I still get what I need. I add items to my cart, submit my order, and let them know when I have arrived for my pickup all on the Giant Eagle app on my phone. This service has made things so much easier for me, and I can’t thank the giant eagle staff enough for always doing a great job!

Be on time for your pick up! We use this Giant Eagle over one much closer to home. They always have good produce and helpful staff. Please note however they have half an hour pick up windows if you order curbside. We were late for our first pick up...which was our fault. But our cold and frozen items were room temperature when we unloaded at home. We contacted the store and they very kindly replaced everything at no charge. They do stage their pick up orders though and we try to go close to the top of our window to prevent that now. They didn't have to help...but during this crazy time of a pandemic; and being in a high risk population....I really appreciated that they went above and beyond
