I purchased a product that was defective normally on this particular item they do not do any returns, refunds, exchanges nothing like that. But I had extenuating circumstances because of the fact the item was defective I dealt with a manager by the name of Caden He was so incredibly helpful professional friendly and ultimately made it right so hats off to the Mill Creek location they have a good bunch of people working there.

I’ve been shopping here for over a year now and it by far has the greatest staff that I’ve ever seen. Everyone is kind and helpful. Russ has helped me several times in particular and I’m just grateful this Fred Meyer’s is in this community.

Had a great cashier at customer service today. He helped me buy gift cards, They were four separate gifts so I needed for separate tickets to go with them.
He was very patient and very kind which is what I so admire.

Pretty clean grocery store with a good customer service. It has Starbucks booth, jewelry, electronic and pharmacy stores. On the side there is Fred Mayer gas station with affordable gas price .

Great store, good selection, fresh produce, great bakery, fresh meat, seafood, housewares, furniture, jewelry store, Chase Bank, florist, toys, garden center, helpful and professional staff and fast and easy checkout.

"Freddie's" has a great selection of everything from outdoor goods, interior decor, clothing and of course, food and household accessories.

I like Fred Meyer. All stores have good selection of breads, produce and other groceries.

I foolishly left my phone in the car when I locked the keys inside. The representatives at customer service were quite pleasant and helpful as they put me in touch with someone who came to unlock my car. In my opinion, they went above and beyond in their assistance. You guys are great, so thank you for that.

I locked my keys in my car, with my phone. The customer service people were super nice and helpful in helping me contact someone to come unlock my car. I felt like they went out of there way and helped more then some people would have. Thank you for being awesome humans 💜😊.

I use Salmon creek Fred Meyer for meds. Always helpful and understanding. This Thanksgiving my wife ordered a carved turkey because she went out of town to visit her parents. I called and they had no receipt of my order. Fred Meter had texted me letting me know they would text when my order was ready so this was very very odd. I lucked out and they had an extra cooked turkey, and it was deeply discounted. On top of that the manager essentially made it free by giving me a gift card. I had to scramble to pull it all together but knowing I didn't really pay for anything took the sting out of a potentially bad situation as I was on the hook for the extended families turkey this year. It's headed to the oven and it will be ready by the skin of my teeth! Moral of the story is if you don't get an email you need to follow up on your order.

Great place to shop your daily needs

I go to Fred Meyer's all the time. They have very friendly customer service and everything is well organized and clean.the produce is always fresh.

Amazingly friendly cashiers understanding and go out of their way in customer service. Best store in the area! Okay pricing and definitely able to do one stop shopping from getting my Starbucks Coffee to clothing and toilet paper they have it all! It's wonderful how they will open up more checks stands as needed not make you wait and stand in lines!

This is my favorite Fred's location, love using my gas points when I fill up. The gas station can be pretty busy sometimes but there's a lot of pumps. So you don't have to wait very long at all. This location has everything I need and I never have to wait in line to check out. I normally do self check out so that's probably why. I'm buying groceries for one person so I don't buy a lot. There is also online ordering which would make your life easy as a busy parent. Just place your order and go pick it up. Haven't tried that yet since I enjoy shopping.

I have yet to go to a Fred Meyer I didn’t like. Prices are great, staff is great, and I can get all of my grocery shopping done all in one place. I just moved here from Portland, OR, and this store is laid out just like the one from home was. It’s great to have a sense of familiarity!

I think this Fred Meyer is very clean. The parking lot situation can be a bit weird since there are so many stores in that little area but other than that the employees were very happy to serve me and they have a lot of self check-out lines which is great. It's a very pleasant place to shop.

They have the best selection of pizzas and ice cream!

The best place for snacks and their super bread is delicious. I also get a variety of their peanut butters.
