We had to pull over in somewhat of an emergency situation. My dad, who has ALS and is in a wheelchair sometimes has fits of choking and gagging where he can not breathe and needs us to use a machine to help him. We pulled over at this jacksons, not even in a parking space. I went in to grab some hot tea because it helps my dad ease his choking and gagging. The man at the register said kindly "you know you guys are parked in the middle of the road?". I explained why and he said "don't pay now, go take the tea to your dad and come back when he is ok." sometimes in tense situations an understanding stranger can be such a blessing.

Clean, well stocked inventory and convenient location. Friendly service also.

Basic, but nothing bad to say about it! The staff were friendly, and the prices seemed fair. The roughness of the parking lot and surrounding area are really the only reason I wouldn't recommend the visit to everyone.

Conveniently located, clean, open facility with plenty of snacks and other items for the motorist. Plenty of room around the gas pumps for vehicles to pull in and out.

Great customer service

Limited access due to their innate fear without any logic. That and the poor service is why I will never go back.

After purchasing a f’real milkshake I placed it in the machine that blends the frozen product. As I waited I was looking at the snack section. I picked up me of the packaged cheeseburgers and was reading the ingredients on the back. As I was doing this the clerk Max began to yell at me. “Are you going to buy that?!” I explained that I was unsure, and that was why I was reading the packaging to check. He continued to yell at me “That is food not a toy!! If you are not going to buy it don’t touch it!”

I was appalled at the disrespect that Max the clerk showed me. The tone of his voice was nothing short of threatening. He didn’t even really listen to what I said about checking the ingredients. He just continued to raise his voice. I liked this establishment but will never go back, especially if Max is working.

Normaly me n my son love the store alot of traffic talk to me n my son they are nice n friendly but Me n my son went to Jacksons for snacks before he went to bed the guy said he's turning down service to my 16yr old son, he said he has video of him with pants around his ankles behind the store he didn't go into detail he said I refuse to you cause of what happened, I told the he has been home all day didn't get his name or see his badge name it was June 9th 10:15pm jacksons 128th
