A great safeway. The two deli employees were super nice and helpful. Latoya/Latonya(?) was fantasic ringing me up. All 3 of them were great.

Just wanted to give a shout out to a cashier named LaToya. She made my day with her cheerful attitude, friendliness, and sass! Prior to this, I had a very bad customer service experience at Papa Murphy's, so I wasn't in the best of moods. She pulled me out of my funk by her exceptional customer service! I hope they can keep her! Just a very pleasant experience! Thank you, LaToya!

A few days ago I was in the self check out and was greeted and assisted by Katie, who was incredibly kind and genuine. It wasn't busy but I was pleasantly surprised how Ben and Alex greeted me warmly as well when they really didn't have to. Albertsons isn't my usual store and I've never met these three young employees but I was really impressed with the way they effectively communicated, looked me in the eyes while talking and were all all cheerful and eager to help. It is sadly rare these days to encounter such excellent customer service and people who are really present and listening and not distracted. I'll be returning and hope I get to see these staff when I do

It's looking old and messy. Walls have unpatched holes and residual glue. Bare shelves. Prices have increased significantly over a local competitor.

I just stopped in for a couple of things because I was in the area. And I had an absolutely fantastic experience!

I always have a great experience shopping here. The staff is always kind and helpful. They go above and beyond if you need assistance with anything there. The prices are average to other stores around. Only a bit higher than the local Walmart. Their produce is always fresh and great quality. Currently they're experiencing a staffing shortage so the shelves a little bare, but they do have products in the back usually. So if you don't see what you're looking for, ask someone. I've been able to get what I'm after by asking and the staff member going to look formit in the back. I always try and tell them to not go out of their way for me but they do anyhow. They're all always amazing. Even when they're having busy or difficult days. They still stay professional and friendly to all customers, even rude ones. There's no need to be rude to the staff at this location. They really are all very sweet and helpful and will go out of their way to help you even at their busiest times. They always go above and beyond here. It's exactly what you're hoping for as a customer. Good, quality products and a kind, friendly, helpful staff always willing to help even when they're busy. I love this store and am thankful it's my neighborhood store. I'd rather spend a few pennies to even a couple of dollars more than other stores just have the experience I get each and every time I shop here. Great job to all. You all work hard and are very much appreciated!! Thank you to all of you there.

Katie is the best employee by far!!!! She always helps me and my family find things and check out. She’s very kind and fast when scanning. Whenever she’s not there, I don’t get the same level of customer service. She deserves employee of the month EVERY MONTH!!!!!!

I've been going here for 3 and a half years now. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean, well stocked, quiet, and has a great selection of items. The produce is always fresh and great quality. I'm pretty picky about certain foods and especially their quality. This store meets the mark and then some. And the prices have become comparable to most of those at Wal-Mart as well. That's important especially when living on a budget. Very rarely do you have to wait in line. If you do, the cashiers are always quick and keep the lines moving while staying kind and friendly. It's just a great place to shop for what you need. They make you feel welcome there.

Working water fountains, nicely maintained bathroom, and they had that table of Fantasy brand assorted candy with many things, but importantly they had all flavors of sour belts, which are simply the best candy hands down, I got the rainbow ones. They also had a decent stock of produce with star fruits and pineapples so that's definitely a plus.

The lady that helped me was fast and friendly. She had me ring up and walking away before I even knew I was done that's outstanding customer service. They did have some awesome sales going on also.

Love this grocery store friendly staff and easy to shop with lots of room in the aisles. Only one problem...its not Albertson's any more😢. It is now Safeway, which is fine except all the Albertson's brand food is gone. Some was much better but im ok with Safeway Select. Still a great place to shop.

Great alternative to Fred Meyers. I live very close to it so it's about a five minute drive from my apartment. They have a huge selection of food. I also love the unique design of their checkout aisles. It's efficient and forces you to organize but also keep everything compact on the rounded belt.

Stop by the deli for some appetizers for a party and they were very helpful and suggesting ways of using meats and cheeses and would let me sample anything that I wanted that I was not sure of. Then when I was done there were very helpful and telling me where the rest of the things I was looking for. It's not very busy I went during right after work and it seemed like it wasn't rushed like a lot of other stores at that time of day I'll go back

It's an Albertsons. A rather nicely done one. It does have an excellent mini Starbucks. Service in this store all round was incredible. Maybe I hit it on a good day, but I'll definitely be back.

The Albertsons at Thomas lake earned huge points with me today! As I was walking in a young man who was disabled was in an Albertsons uniform washing their windows working with his job coach! Supporting this program means I will support their store. They are giving back to their community in a way so many forget, to our people who are amazing and just need a little extra hand. Thank you Thomas lake!

I like this store compared to our local Safeway. Everyone is quite pleasant and the store is cleaner/neater than other Grocery stores in the area.

I visited today to pick up prescriptions at the Sav-on pharmacy inside the store. They are always fast, efficient and friendly. Tara and her staff are great!

I think it’s good. Service members will offer help and respond to questions. I haven’t seen them being mean to me or rude in the dozen or more times I’ve been there.

Did a quick dinner run. Looks like they are still doing some remodeling, but it was a quick in and out.
